"Nick, a front desk staff person, was beyond helpful. We objected to a disinfectant odor in the building we were first assigned and Nick saw to it we got a room that was acceptable. He accompanied us to each additional room until we were satisfied."

Benonite mine
"Went to the mine to find treasures. Stayed 2 nights and brought gaming console but it was very hard to plug in. The bathroom light barely worked. Room had no scent at all but looked to be clean."
