Gorgeous log cabin retreat, nestled in the quiet aspen and pine forests at the top of Tollgate Canyon in picturesque Summit County. Clear mountain air and minimal light pollution at 8,000 ft. elevation makes for breathtaking sunsets, ideal star gazing, and peaceful day hikes (including occasional encounters with roaming moose!).

Luxurious cathedral ceilings and towering windows provide sweeping views of Park City ski resorts to the west and the High Uinta mountain range to the East. Wrap-around deck to sit out and enjoy the incredible views and night skies. Secluded location nestled in the private Tollgate Canyon natural preserve, minutes from a variety of summer and winter outdoor activities. Regular moose, elk, and deer herd grazing on the .84 acre property, especially in the summer and fall (no hunting allowed in Tollgate Canyon). Porcupines can sometimes be spotted in summer months. Delicious tap water sourced from mountain wells.

40 miles from Salt Lake City International Airport. Approximately 15 miles from Canyons, Park City, and Deer Valley ski resorts. 20 minutes from Kimball Junction Walmart, Whole Foods, Smiths, Starbucks, restaurants, and Utah Olympic Park. Bring your snowmobiles or ATVs to explore miles of private trails and roads. Enjoy nearby snowshoeing, alpine skiing, hiking, and fishing.

2380 sq ft with 3 floors, 5 bedrooms (2 king beds, 2 queen beds, 1 futon), two family rooms, and a loft. Open-concept main floor family room includes 47-inch VIZIO w/ Apple TV with streaming capabilities, plentiful seating, full kitchen (oven/stove, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, cookware, utensils), and wood-burning fireplace. Cozy basement family room has a projector with pull-down screen, including Amazon Fire Stick streaming capabilities. Every room has black-out curtains. Two large cribs available, as well as optional baby gates off the main floor.

Two full bathrooms, each with shower/bathtub. Propane, forced-air heating throughout. Additionally an efficient wood-burning stove is centrally located on the main floor, which can easily maintain comfortable temperatures in the upper two levels of the cabin on its own in winter. Because the propane tank is refilled once/annually, frequent use of the wood-burning stove will be requisite during winter months to avoid depleting the propane tank before summer refill.

Asphalt driveway with two-car garage and Honda snowblower for easy driveway snow removal. Crow Loop is on the HOA plow route with a variety of quiet neighbors who live above Tollgate Canyon either full-time or part-time. Four-wheel drive with snow tires or chains is required for winter access. The roads are plowed daily, but at 8,000 ft. elevation, considerable snow can fall in between plows, so rentals between October and April should be prepared to encounter significant snowfall.

WIFI and excellent cell phone reception (for most cell service providers) makes remote work or regular entertainment a breeze. Washer and dryer available. HOA trash dumpsters available at the entrance to Tollgate Canyon.

No smoking and no pets please. No hunting, fires, fireworks, and barbecues allowed in Tollgate Canyon, per HOA regulations.
