"The place is awesome! The doorman was polite and friendly. We arrived at midnight but the check-in process still went smoothly. The only issue we had was the hot shower. The hot water was on and off. The water heater needs to be fixed. Other than that, we are satisfied with everything. "

The apartment was worn down, our kids were not allowed to use the pool, we did not get enough towels for the family of 5, the elevator broke down several times. The location was amazing though.
