"This was a delightful little home. It was conveniently located in Eugene. There was a nice backyard but nowhere to sit, so we went to the thrift store and bought two used backyard chairs and left them for others to enjoy. However we were originally charged over the equivalent of a week’s rent for cleaning fees, processing fees, etc. When we left we were charged another fee for excessive pet hair on top of the original cleaning fee! So beware of surprise costs. "

"My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights during our anniversary trip. House is well equipped and has a cute little yard and everything you could need inside. The hairdryer was a good one ( not like a hotel where they’re usually useless). There was a crock of coffee beans to grind fresh for coffee in the mornings, and my favorite thing- the freezer was stocked with two bowls of ice and three trays already making more- the kitchen sink had a filter so you can refill the trays to make more...

"Comfortable property with all the amenities you could wish for. It is situated in a quiet family neighborhood, close enough to shops to be able to walk to them (if that is what you like). We cycled or walked most of the time and found access to safe bike routes easy. One note, which is not a criticism of the property, but something to be aware of, is that the Beltline Highway is close by, so road noise can be heard in the garden and if you have the bedroom windows open, at night. "Our 6-day stay at Renee’s beautiful home was exactly what my family (my husband, son and myself) needed during our recent stay in Eugene. The house itself is located away from busy street traffic in a quiet neighborhood. It was easily accessible from multiple routes, and was close to stores, restaurants and other conveniences. Although it was a cozy 2-bed/1-bath, the house was very clean and thoughtfully stocked with many of the necessities that made it comfortable to relax in at the beginning...
