2nd Stay at this Condo, another perfect trip!
Cleanliness is 100%! Closeness to the beach, it does not any closer. Very quiet beach, little to no people the few times we went out. Immaculate pool, which was steps from the condo. Gas grill on premises which was nice. 4 stayed in this condo so a few additional towels would have been appreciated, but not a deal breaker. About 20-25 minute drive to Cape Canaveral. Ceiling fans were a wonderful addition. Just take note that there is no kitchen condiments (salt, pepper etc). There is a closet in the condo with leftover beach items such as 3 beach chairs and an umbrella. Along with the fishing poles we forgot :( so make use of them! Thanks again for another awesome stay. Another takeaway: parking isn’t ideal. There is assigned parking in front of the garage which is difficult to get into. We had a full size pickup so we did not even attempt it. There is one or two “tenant only” spots which were usually taken. We ended up parking where we could and left a not in the dash.

Words don’t justify the accommodations. The pool, the room the ambience and the weather. Well the weather was a little hot. The ocean temp in the 80’s. Just a wonderful time. Can’t wait till next year.

Perfect Beach Escape for Families!
We had a fantastic stay at this vacation rental! The location was absolutely perfect for our family holiday. Direct access to the beach was a huge win for our young girls, who spent countless hours playing in the sand. The pool was another big hit, especially for games and swimming in calmer waters. The house itself was immaculate and well-equipped. It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the beds were incredibly comfortable – a rarity in vacation rentals! We enjoyed many relaxing dinners by the pool, and the quiet location provided a peaceful escape. Everyone on the property was friendly and welcoming, adding to the overall positive experience. The best part? Being able to take early morning and late-night strolls on the beach felt like having our own private island. It was pure bliss! This rental is perfect for anyone looking for a quiet and private beach getaway while still being close enough to access Orlando and all the theme parks. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay here again!

Cocoa Beach Stay
This condo was just what we wanted. It was just steps from the beach, and very relaxing. It was very well equipped with everything we needed, and more. Wish we could have stayed longer, but overall excellent place. It also was only minutes away from the commisary on Patrick Space Force Base. Thanks for a wonderful experience, and memories.

Absolutely Perfect!!!!
We had a wonderful vacation. Everything was perfect! The room was beautiful and had lots of beach items we didn't think to bring but definitely made the beach experience better: like sand blankets, boogie boards, sand toys and beach chairs. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was great to cook meals in and it had everything we needed. There was also a community grill in the pool area, which we enjoyed.The pool was wonderful, the location was great, just 10 minutes from the pier, right beside Taco City for wonderful food, 10 minutes from the grocery. There was literally so much to do right there on that little strip. We really couldn't have asked for anything more. The price was amazing and we couldn't stop taking about how it felt like we had our little home on a beach in Florida. A million times better than a hotel, any day! Thank you so much.

Nice clean condo with short walk to beach (literally over the dunes) and a nice pool to use. The area is quieter than the hustle of touristy hotels and such but close to everything you need. Beds were comfy and all the amenities we needed for cooking.

The perfect get away for us where this complex meets its land to the ocean. Very updated unit with everything we needed during our stay. Including perfect weather! Fair price compared to most rentals in this area. It was awesome to wake up early and soak up the sun’s first rays, with the ocean just steps out the door. The pool was outside our side door, but we didn’t use it as it looked like it needed some chlorine,etc. overall an awesome unit!

First and foremost, the location and beach access were outstanding. Only a 50 yard walk through some dunes to the beach, which wasn’t crowded. Fishing was decent, caught a snook, make sure you get your snook stamp if you plan on keeping, 28”-32” slot to keep. Also caught a small shark and a redfish. Like other reviews said, the properly is a little dark, but acceptable for what we needed. Stocked suitably with cooking utensils. 4 nice beach chairs and sand toys, ie buckets, shovels etc for kids. There was a fishing pole with a smaller reel and thin line, so I went and bought one that is more for surf casting, which I left on site. Any questions about fishing or if you need gear, check out Shut Up and Fish bait and tackle just down the road, she will help w/ anything you need.

Better than described!
Visited for a week in November. Was thrilled with the location, right on the beach, 4 miles from downtown Cocoa Beach. It's an end unit - bedroom door opens right onto pool access gate, front door is only 2 doors away from the beach! This unit is nicely furnished, kitchen well stocked with everything except the food/consumables. Very roomy, comfy bed (I only used the master,) lots of amenities like beach chairs, board games. If I have occasion to return to this area I will definitely want to stay in this unit with this owner & management again, they were very easy to communicate with and responded to my inquiries immediately. Wish I could give 10 stars!

Very good value for price
This unit received 4.3 stars which was not accurate. Most of the ratings were 5 but there were 1s and 2s which should have informed me. The 5s and 1s were not warranted as while the unit was not top of the line exceptional value for the price (I was hoping for), it was not the awful place some depicted. Not a place for wife/girlfriend if you want to impress. Area was very dark and unit had limited lighting.

Great place with a few minor quirks
The location is directly on the water, and the unit is kept sparkling clean! The management company is terrific and communicates often as needed. For anyone with mobility issues, getting in and out is decent (not perfect but it works). The only minor issues are 1) parking is not great - seriously! you cannot park in the spot in front of the garage and 2) for seniors or anyone living with a disability the shower is not great as there are no handrails, so we bought a shower chair. Otherwise this is a great vacation spot and a good value.

Perfect location - walk right to the beach, no crowds!
We stayed with our two kiddos and loved the private feel of the uncrowded beach. We got this place for the location, because we wanted to walk out any time of day or night to the beach and not have to park or deal with crowds. It was worth it for the location, but could use a few improvements. Stuff we liked besides the location: It was really convenient to have the water spigot outside the condo to rinse off sand. The kids loved the pool/toys when they got sick of the sand and waves! The place was well-stocked with items for cooking and beach-going. (Although the umbrella was so rusty and already broken, it actually busted even more when we tried to use it the last day! Hopefully those things get replaced periodically since saltwater spray/sand is so rough on those metal parts.) The first day, the shower curtain rod fell at the slightest touch, so I called and I left a message about it. I tried to put it back up but there was a grippy piece missing from the end, so it wouldn't stay. Someone came and replaced it while we were out. (Probably would be a good idea to invest in a screw-and-bracket type of curtain rod with so many guests here.) Some suggestions for improvement: Inside was clean but pretty dark, since multiple lightbulbs were dead or the sockets were just not working. (Maybe keeping some spares in the closets would be a good idea.) There was a handheld vac/Dustbuster, but sadly it wouldn't charge. I got my hopes up that I could make a few passes on the sand in the car, haha. The queen bed was ok. Not terrible, but just kind of old and not super comfy for sleeping there a whole week. The sheets were pilled and felt old/thin. There was some random hair stuck to it, and a dead fly....I had doubts about the sheets so I found a smaller, flat, cotton sheet in one of the closets and just used that on the bed for the whole week. I would definitely recommend to the host to invest in new cotton sheets, as well as backup sets in case kiddos have an accident or a guest just decides they want to have a fresh bed at the end of the day. (The kids were sweating in the microfiber sheets/bedding that were on the twin beds!) With a new adult bed and some bedding, it would be perfect! Sidenote for foodies: The taco place next door is ok but there are better options out there. (Churros were decent.) We got fresh seafood from a little restaurant (Jazzy's Mainely Lobster) and cooked in the condo. We had everything we needed for that. Perfecto!

HORRID Slum Lord Territory!
Have stayed here many times over the past 22 years but never again! You could not take a shower, then use toilet and vice versa. Sewage backed up in the shower. Sheets were nasty. Towels were stringy and torn. Drain flies swarming in the condo, especially in the kitchen and bathroom. So many flies were in the kitchen we did not use it the entire time. Keurig did not work. Lights out in the refrigerator. Dishes were dirty in the cabinet. Lightbulbs not in fixtures. Sand on the couches. Blinds in rooms did not work properly. Microwave door was cracked. Refrigerator door was messed up. AND to top it all off- NO BATTERIES IN THE SMOKE DETECTOR!

Mostly pretty dark. Should have a dishwasher. Who wants to eat off utensils that were washed(maybe) by the previous renters? Pool was nice and warm(as days could be pretty cool). Don't miss Taco Tuesday at Taco City right next door!
