This property was dirty, a hair in the sheets. They sprayed the room with a disinfectant to avoid cleaning it and I could not breathe in the room. I alerted staff and they refused to do anything or refund. The only person on site was a single bitter housekeeper. There were people parked in the parking lot camping on the beach. Gross.

We especially appreciated the location (next to the beach), the honesty of the cleaning staff and the way in which the manager seeks to accommodate his guests -- e.g. forwarding the wallet I had misplaced while staying there. Above and beyond the call of duty!

Room 103 was not clean. Floors were dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. Poor drainage in the bathroom shower caused the room to flood and became extremely dangerous to walk through. The bed had no blanket and the pillows were old and not clean. The sheets were not put on properly and may not have been fresh. There was no one available to help with these issues and the cleaners never came to help me. The management was absent and only texted me in answer to my concerns. Other guests had similar or worse problems and were seeking assistance like I was. I will not stay at Anthony’s again or recommend it to anyone else. we did not like the contactless check in. we did not see the email on how to check in. When we called the phone #, the lady who answered sounded annoyed, as if we were bothering her. The housekeeper was asked to help us check into the room. The code for the keypad did not work. the battery was bad. we ended up using the regular key.

The property was just ok in a pinch but the issue i had was the mold in the room. It wasn’t visible but it’s def there! I had a severe reaction and could hardly breathe by morning even after takkng allergy meds. Also lighting wasn’t all working and windows are in need of repair. Had friends that stayed in a room 2 doors down with same issues.

I booked Anthony’s on the beach on a whim! My partner is participating in a marathon tomorrow and we drove up from south Florida so needed a place to stay. It’s my first time in cocoa beach and I love it! I will most certainly come back and stay here for a mini staycation!
