Situated on 1/4 acre, our Cocoa Beach home is a 1600 sqft, one story 3 bed 2 bath, split floor plan residence. The private back yard has a beautiful heated pool, 5-person hot tub, paver patio, and a lush grassy area for all lounging preferences! Exceptionally located in a quiet neighborhood East of A1A, it is 4 houses to the beach, an 8 minute walk North to the Pier and 8 minutes South to Ron Jon's Surf shop as well as several restaurants/bars and other local attractions. Bicycles are provided for you to cruise and explore.

Beach days come ready-made with all gear & toys pictured including 8' soft top surf boards, boogie boards, backpack beach chairs, rolling cooler, beach wagon, and plenty more to enjoy all the beach fun and create life lasting Cocoa Beach memories!

From the beginning, the owners were incredibly communicative. They shared information about the area and instructions for the home. Very clean, PERFECT location. Steps away from beach access and a near commute to the supermarket. I traveled with my 3 month old, a 7 year old, my wheelchair bound grandmother and husband. There was plenty of space and accessible items in the house for us. They had all the baby items we needed and then some. We hope to be back!

I brought my elderly parents and college age children to visit with my sister that lives at Merritt Island. This house was perfect for us all. A short walk for the kids to go to the beach, so shopping or to eat. The house was handicapped assessable for my parents and the pool area was a perfect place for us all to relax and catch up.

I don’t have anything negative to say about the property. Superb communication from host from booking to checkout. The Casa Flamingo home has a nice updated layout, comfortable beds, and plenty of pots/pans/dishes in kitchen. Exterior of the home also has ample seating and is clean. The location is a short walk to the beach - which was clean and not overly crowded. Lots of walkers day and night, making the area feel very safe. We didn’t use the pool as it was still a bit cool for our February stay. But, the hot tub is amazing! There are plenty of places within walking distance (or short drive) to grab coffee and a bite to eat. We used DoorDash a few times - which worked out great for our family. I highly recommend and would stay here again, without any hesitation, when in Cocoa Beach.

We stayed here for the space coast marathon. The house was clean, great location for walking to the beach and pier, and we loved the pool/hot tub. The house is well equipped for cooking and lots of options for take out. The beds are comfortable and there’s plenty of towels for bath and beach. We loved it and hope to be back soon.

This place had everything we needed and more! It actually was bigger in person which is usually not the case, very nice surprise. The walk to the beach is so so short. Great little ice cream spot and pizza place right around the corner. I will definitely be booking this place again in the future!

Great place - highly recommend!
This house is a gem and near to the beach. You just need to pass a couple houses, cross a street, walk through a small parking lot and you reach the sandy walkway to the beach. The beach is beautiful and you can see the cocoa beach pier from it. There is pizza and ice cream around the corner and several other eating places within a quarter mile of the house. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice and the beds were comfortable. It fit our family of 7 adults/young adults perfectly. We could have fit 3 more people, but I think it said a max of 8 people on the listing. They also have bikes, boogie boards, somev foam surf boards and some fins and masks available for use which was a big bonus for us. Again, we highly recommend this place!

Great spot for a family with kids. Great layout, homey feel, attention to detail, well appointed. The master suite - with a den and sofa bed/crib area -was nicely private and on the opposite side of the other two rooms. It was great spot for one large or two small families. We had a great time at Casa Flamingo. The layout is perfect and the house was comfortable with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the pool/patio area and spent a lot of time there. I couldn't ask for a better location at Cocoa Beach. Just a short and easy walk through a residential neighborhood to the beach. The Pier was a short walk north and other shops/attractions a short walk south. No need to rent anything... Every beach item you can think of was provided (toys, chairs, wagon, cooler, body board, umbrella, etc). The pool and hot tub felt amazing when the weather was a bit cool.

Our stay was fantastic. The house was very clean with all the comforts of home. Enjoyed the hot tub and using the bikes to visit lots of nearby places. It was a very short walk to the beach. Both the owner and property manager were great to work with and we would definitely stay here again.
