Steve's place on Cocoa Beach was absolutely perfect. A couple steps and we were right on the beach. We also loved the sitting area in the backyard; it was the perfect place to sit and listen to the surf. If you get a chance, Steve was a cool person to visit with. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect condo on the beach!
We had a great stay! This condo was in the perfect location and we loved being right on the beach. Steve was very helpful and accommodating. One thing we loved was having everything we needed for a beach day. Chairs, umbrella and even beach toys! This was perfect for us since we were traveling from out of town.
