This is a House that has been divided into individual private units and is set up to Host Vacations.

House Guidelines

Additional $150 credit card hold is required through our text message application which will be sent to you day of check-in. This is for incidentals or house rules broken. All visitors breaking the following Guidelines are cause for immediate cancellation without refund and forfeiture of $150 CC Hold.
• This is a smoke free property.
• No personal mail delivered to this property is allowed.
• No unregistered guests, unapproved parties or large gatherings.
• 1 designated parking spot per unit per City of Cocoa Beach
• No street parking or parking at neighboring properties any street parking could be subject to ticketing or towed at owner’s expense.
• No pets.
• No late checkouts, if 30 minutes or more late there will be a $30 per hour charge. After 12:01 pm you will be charged additional full night’s stay.
• An additional 50 cleaning fee will be applied for units that are beyond the normal clean up or if checkout is not followed
• Do not disturb other guests or enter other units
• Cameras and decibel sensors installed in shared areas for safety. Please do not tamper with cameras sensors.

House Guidelines for Long Term Guests - 14 Days or Longer

• Additional security deposit may be required for stays over 30 days or more
• Mandatory 14-day cleanings for all extended stays. This basic cleaning will be done every 2 weeks Fee of $25

So much Potential, needs some attention and updates.
This rental has so much potential, but it wasn't for us, we wouldn't return with out updates and some cleaning. We paid $40 for an early check in (there was no customers the day before) and when we got there at 10:30 we were asked to come back at 11:00, manager said she was driving and couldn't access the access code. This rental has tons of potential but needs some major attention to detail. First the positives: Great location, just a 5 minute walk to the beach. A descent kitchenet to prepare meals and coffee in the morning and a comfortable mattress for a good nights sleep. Things that need attention: The thermostat is completely locked out, patrons need access to be able to control the temperature, the temps dropped significantly our first night and the thermostat was locked on AC at a set temperature. There's a note in the bathroom that says use our toilet paper only or you could be fined for a plumber call, but you only have 1 roll. The TV in the main sitting area would not work, we could only watch TV from the bedroom. There's cameras everywhere in the outdoor area, you feel like you're under surveillance during your stay. All of the outdoor furniture is dirty and outdated, black mold all over the seat cushions. The outdoor cooking area could be amazing, but needs the most attention. The gas grill was barely usable, there was no grease pan and everything just dumps to the ground. Like I said it was just ok, not for use without some major cleaning, updates and changes.

Great place, great location, fantastic outdoor space. Online listing didn't mention that we were renting half of a house and sharing outdoor space with other renters, it seemed as if we would have the whole place. Check-in process was a little weird, kept getting messages about providing owner with credit card and passport info, even though we went through VRBO and are US citizens. But overall a nice place to stay.

We stayed here one night before boarding a cruise ship at Port Canaveral. It was in a really good location for those purposes and worked well for one night, but I personally would not want to stay there more than one night

Not great- thankfully only a one-night stay
Overall, I was thankful we only had to spend one night. I am not a picky person when it comes to accommodations...as long as it is clean and in a safe area I am normally happy. This stay was a weird one for me. The "house" is in a good area and neighborhood, and parking is easy for one car. The grounds were beautiful with tropical flowers blooming. The "house" is split into four condo type rooms, each with their own entrance. The door to ours was extremely hard to get open because of age/humidity. Once inside, the place is way smaller than I thought. We are a family of 5. If you have the pullout sofa open, you cannot walk through the living room. You have to crawl over it to get to the other room. It was also extremely uncomfortable to sleep on, because it sleeps at an angle. The house was not cooled like we like it, and the owners have a lock on the thermostat to keep you from changing it any lower. Overall the house was clean enough, it just looked very grungy bc the house is very dark and old. It also said that we could walk to the beach; we could not figure out how to walk to the beach. We had to drive over to find a place to go see the ocean. The owners have a binder with information in it, but it came across as more rules and demands than helpful. Cameras outside also made me pause and there were several of them. We could not figure out the outdoor space either...where we were allowed and not. Overall, just thankful we had one night only here. Close to the port, though

Sea Turtle in Cocoa Beach
It was great! It was our first time using Vrbo so I was a bit nervous didnt know what to expect. The place was nice she provided snacks and essentials for our family. We didnt have to go to the store to get extras with what we brought ourselves. There were beach towels we went there not knowing what to expect and everything we needed was taken care of. Very happy with our stay and experience.

The dishes were dirty and stunk. Hash brown pieces on the silverware. The bedroom right off the living room had no working outlets. The front door was difficult to get unlocked. Lots of times it took many times trying. Also we were confused on what in the backyard was able to be used by us. Also the washer and drier were difficult to work. The shower handle heat setting is opposite of what it shows. Over all the house was okay.

RELAXING!
We came and went pretty quickly but the time spent at the cottage was soooo relaxing. We enjoyed the backyard. Grilled hamburgers, hung out at the outside bar, listened to music, enjoyed a fire on the cute fire pit, enjoyed meeting the neighbors staying next door. The quietness of the neighborhood was so pleasant. We walked to the beach and pier. Mandy has flowers as you walk through one part of the entrance that smell amazing. I will definitely be back. We absolutely enjoyed our short time.

The house was divided into separate units that were not labeled. Found a roach in bedroom. Had a stranger walk into the house around midnight and had to call police. Property needs better locks with instructions on how the keypad system works I was under the assumption door closed was locked.

Absolutely adorable place. Very quaint, fully stocked dining and cooking utilities, plenty of linen for towels in the home, including extras for the beach. The common area in the backyard was absolutely beautiful. The outdoor shower was great for washing off and then we got done with the beach. Have already recommended to friends who stay in Coco Beach and will absolutely stay here again

Great location especially for cruisers as it is just 15-20 minutes away from Carnival port. Pros: :Washer & Dryer in the unit - we were able to get current with the laundry before the cruise next day :Welcomed by snacks :Shared area with tiki bar and plenty of games. :Close to segregated beach - just a few minutes walk to the beach Cons: Not fit for a family of six like ours. There are two bedrooms fit for two people to sleep in each of the relatively small and cosy bedrooms. Remaining two to sleep on the sofa bed in the living room. Unfortunately the sofa bed was already broken when we opened it up to sleep the first night. The host could not do not anything because it was during Christmas time and she was cooking in the daytime. She however, advised to use an alternate folding bed under one of other beds. It was super hard to get it out and was very dusty. So we had three people sleep in a Queen bed and myself - a six footer sleeping on the sofa. - The entire unit is very dark and claustrophopic. We will definitely skip this one next time. The furniture old and not appeared to be clean

We booked for one night the night before our cruise for our honeymoon. We absolutely loved this place! 10/10 recommended. We came early before check-in and a secured place was given to place luggage. The AC worked great along with everything else supplied. Such nice people and a nice place!

The apartment needs some serious updating, the bathroom feels really dated and just a bit dirty like in grout and floors. It’s a bit dark and just not super comfortable. But the location and short walk to the beach was great.

Very cute little place!
Location is great. Close to beach (short walk) and very close (short walk) to some really good restaurants and activities. Family from out of town really liked it...wished they could stay longer. Thanks for a great weekend getaway for this local. :)
