Here at Banana Breeze Condominiums we take great pride in your vacation, providing. Professionally remodeled condos with a stunning view of the Banana River. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom condo will check all the boxes from comfort to style to view and amenities. Providing such things as beach chairs & towels, kayaks, life jackets, outdoor shower and nonstop fun. Enjoy fishing off of one of the docks or kayaking the thousand islands. Hang out with the dolphins as they come in daily to feed, and maybe you’ll see some manatees! Don’t forget to watch the rocket launch from your window or docks. These are all things to enjoy on the property. If that isn’t enough the condos are ideally located for a short walk to the golf course, the aquatic center, or to downtown Cocoa Beach where you can enjoy some of the best restaurants, bars and shopping. When you get back to the condo you will enjoy some of the most beautiful sunsets that Cocoa Beach has to offer. As the moon rises the bioluminescence will surely be a site to see. We know you will love our home as much as we have. (This is a second floor unit) Please be sure to disclose your pets

Beautiful place
The house was very clean , saw dolphins and manatees right outside.but just a heads up wear bug spray if you hang out in the back at night by the water cause you will get bit up.

Amazing place

Stay Where the Dolphins Play was soooo perfect! We had a an amazing time and the place was exactly as described. We saw dolphins everyday, the first night I was sitting on the dock and 2 swam right under it! The whole trip was amazing, thank you so much! We had a few questions and the owners were very quick to respond; the property manager also lives onsite and was very helpful. We would definitely stay again!

This property was perfect for our weekend in Coco Beach. The size was perfect for our family of 4, it was beautifully remodeled and the view overlooking the bay/river was fantastic. We saw dolphins, manatees and lots of birds. The host was very responsive to questions.

We had a wonderful time at Stay where dolphins play. The views are amazing! We saw dolphins and manatee every day. We caught many different fish right from the dock and enjoyed the proximity to downtown. The apartment is clean, well stocked, wonderfully decorated and very comfortable. The property owner was friendly and helpful. We would not hesitate to stay again.

Beautiful Oasis!!!
The place was beautifully decorated, with a fantastic view, and immaculately clean!! We saw dolphins swimming from the big front window picture view in the morning. The place had great access to the beach, restaurants, and ice cream shops. We enjoyed kayaking on the banana river just multiple steps from the property. We are already talking about plans to stay again!!

Well appointed, comfortable stay
This was a great 2- day stop over spot while we visited Kennedy Space Center. Great amenities, quiet and easy location to lots of local spots for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Loved watching the cranes, but missed seeing the dolphins since we were only there first thing in the morning and later in the evenings. Thank you for sharing your place!

Total Enjoyment
Our only regret is not being able to stay longer! The condo is clean and spacious. Watch pelicans and dolphins out the living room window; or step outside and watch from the dock. Management and neighbors are friendly. Nice neighborhood for long walks, or just a couple miles for long walks on the beach, and plenty of restaurants and happy hours too! Totally enjoyed every day of our month stay.
