"We have stayed in this apartment before so we knew what to expect. The small patio is a bonus but this time we brought our own chairs as we don’t find those provided very comfortable. The bed is very comfortable but it is very warm up there~ we were glad of the fan. We found the Wi-Fi to be rather inconsistent ( not sure if it was like this before). There is a supermarket 1 minute walk away which is just perfect."

"We had an overnight stop at this property on our way back to the ferry. Our stay was very pleasant and the hosts were very friendly. The property was very clean and they catered for all needs, tea, coffee, water etc in the room and I even got a recipe for a wonderful courgette marmalade. The property is not too far from Vitre which is a beautiful town and definitely worth a visit."

She was out of town for all our stay but the last day, & that's OK. She said we could use her washer once she returned for a cost of 5 euros. Supermarket w/in 5 minutes, boulangerie within 10. A few eateries in the vicinity (and more coming). Despite being near the RR tracks, quiet quiet (slept with the windows open during the heat wave). Also, (we were 5 women one male) no fears expressed about safety. Walking into the "happening" areas (and train station)...
