The Space:
Located just blocks from restaurants, shops, and lakeside fun, Central Loft is the perfect place to experience the downtown Coeur D' Alene lifestyle. This luxury condo is on the third floor with elevator access. Once you're inside, you'll love the open space, high ceilings, and modern charm. 

Expansive granite countertops frame the open kitchen with high-end stainless steel appliances. And with 4 stools that round out the bar top counter, you'll never miss a moment of the conversation while showing off your culinary skills.

You'll spend late nights dining and catching up with friends around the beautiful dining room table that seats 8. The living room features comfortable seating and a flat-screen TV mounted above a gas fireplace for evening entertainment. Step through the sliding door onto the balcony and enjoy the fresh air.

The master bedroom is spacious and comfortable with high windows a king bed, SmartTV, and desk. With extra seating and plenty of closet space behind a set of contemporary glass closet sliders. The ensuite to the master bedroom has a dual vanity with extra counter space for your morning prep, a standing glass shower with multiple shower heads for that extra spa feel, and a private toilet cubby. 

Just down the hall is the second bathroom with a glass bowl sink, granite countertops, and a deep soaking tub with jets and a unique water-streaming feature. Around the corner is the second bedroom with two twins to suit your friends, family, or little ones.
