It was very nice all though the 25 for the day up above was kinda disappointment since we came in late and I tried asking for a refund on that and got nothing back from them. Other than that the stay was awesome and very nice place.

When we pulled the bed sheets we found hair. It was late when we arrived at the room and the front desk was closed to informed anyone about the situation. We slept on the sofas. Next morning we spoke to the front desk about our experience and asked for a refund for that night. We were informed any refunds would have to be done with Expedia since we had booked thru them. We cancelled our stay of 3 days. We did not get any refunds from One Lakeside or Expedia. Would not recommend staying!!

The place was great- only the hall bath sink did not drain and needed attention otherwise everything operated well. The only negative- which was of significant personal value -was the outdated television service- no smart tv and thus no internet tv and/or internet music available despite 3 flat screens in the bedrooms and living room.

What a great property. Beautiful, new, clean and close to everything. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. The location made this a perfect spot as it is very walkable to the lake and shopping and restaurants. The roof top hot tub and seating felt like we had a private view of the whole place. I will be staying here again when I'm in town.

Excellent stay! Would highly recommend if you are in the area. It’s Within walking distance to everything. Shout out for the small refund due to work going on near our room. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. Parking was a little confusing but very safe.

We like this place. It’s very nice. The only thing is the staff only care about the owners. The front desk girls treat you like you’re an inconvenience. And there was no coffee in my room for the morning to enjoy my view on the balcony. I called to get some, no one answered. Other than that, it’s pretty nice.

Perfect Getaway
We really enjoyed our Stay here. The one bedroom condo was perfect. It was very clean from first floor to the top floor that had a stunning rooftop lounge with amazing views. The gym was as big and good as any. The location to the waterfront, restaurants, parks could not have been any better. We can’t wait to be back and definitely will stay here again.

I reserved 2 rooms next to each other. Thank God my friends got the good room. Our room stunk horribly, was dirty, and felt like it was partied in hard. I was shocked at the difference in the rooms. We weren’t able to get into our room and had to call staff up to help us get into it. We had to SLAM the door handle down to just open it. Staff however was amazing. Won’t spend the money again. Our room was on the 6th floor 605. Don’t except this room.
