This split level studio has a warm polished timber floor in the bedroom, which has an ensuite bathroom, a built-in wardrobe, and a lovely leafy outlook. Down a few steps there are cool tiles in the combined kitchen/living area, which has a generous breakfast bar and small dining table. There is plenty of space outside on the patio and back yard, which you virtually always have to yourself. The exterior of the house is still a work in progress, partly rendered and partly original red brick, and the grounds are yet to be fully planted out and landscaped the way I intend, but they are always kept clean and tidy.
