"Check-in system was badly managed - got in line for reception for 10 minutes to get to the front and then be told there’s a ticket system. Understandable if super busy but it wasn’t. Train station difficult to understand and unreliable. Bus on time but very overcrowded. However, room clean and tidy campsite. Breakfast croissants and coffee were delicious and good value."

"This was one of the best hotels my wife and I have stayed at in recent years. Especially notable worthy, very helpful and courteous staff. One especially helpful staff member was a gentleman named Tifiano who gave us some great recommendations for things to do and restaurants. He also went above and beyond to try and help us with a sticky situation involving another hotel. If we have the good fortune of being able to return to Rome, we will definitely stay here again."
