"The Hotel is warm, welcoming and definitely on the eccentric side (which we liked a lot)! The team who run it are very friendly and efficient. Altogether our visit was charming. Plus we enjoyed being near the old town of Nice. If we ever get to return, we'll certainly book this hotel again."

"Perfectly situated a 5 min walk from Nice-Ville train station and a 20 min walk to old town and the waterfront. Very nice rooms though the building is showing its age in some areas. Staff were amazingly friendly and helpful. Not all rooms have bath tubs but the water pressure was really good. "

"Although the room was clean but there are many problems there! 1. There is no reception or front desk, sometimes they had someone speaking French only! 2. The area is super noisy, I couldn’t sleep those nights due to lots of homeless outside, very loud talking or screaming 3. Breakfast is nothing, there is a restaurant 150m away offering coffee and croissant only!! 4. The safe is not attached to wall or any shelf, somebody can open the door and take the safe easily! 5. I didn’t feel safe there...

"Lovely hotel. Love the concept and the decor. Had problems with the first room but the Manager authorised an upgrade to a King Room as the same style room I paid for wasn’t available. Then had a miscommunication with a member of the restaurant staff but the Manager listened to me point of view and carried out Service Recovery. It would be hard to beat the Manager’s service from the heart delivery. "

All of the staff were polite, helpful and willing to listen to my attempts as speaking French. A bit quirky with masks of Looney Tune characters on the lamps in the rooms. Only 4* for the are because the restaurant selections within a 10’ walk were not plentiful. I would definitely stay here again"
