"I am grateful for a safe clean place to stay for one night while I assisted my daughter with college move. It is difficult to find accommodations in the area. I also appreciated having a days supply of coffee and a fridge to store a few perishable items. It is a busy intersection, but I used the box fan to drown out the traffic noise. This met my needs for a good single nights rest in a convenient location to Hillsdale College. "

"Wonderful place to unwind and just be. We had issues trying to figure out how to empty the water for the air conditioner but Tim was very prompt in helping us with that. It would be helpful to have railing by the steps that go into the apartment for older people. We didn't find a hair dryer which was listed as being available. Other than that, it was a great stay."

"From CJ, to the accommodations, to the wonderful small town USA, I loved my trip! The apartment has everything you need for a restful trip. I loved the hot shower with the awesome water pressure. Parking next to the unit was certainly a plus. In fact there are no negatives I could assign to CJ’s place. It’s super quiet, but close to anything you would need from town. CJ was very responsive and a wonderful host. If I am ever in the area again, this will definitely be my first choice."

"This house was the perfect place for my freinds and I to have a girls weekend. We each had our own beds and only 2 people shared a room. The deck is absolutely amazing. We spent 2 full days drinking coffee and crafting all day. I could not have imagine a better weekend and house for our annual girls trip. The memories made will be charished for a lifetime."

"What a great week away from the business of life. Great location: golf course across the street, on the lake for boating, sand bar, fishing, walking around the island, golf carting if you bring one, and great community of friendly people. We had 8 people stay comfortably, 1 restroom is a bit challenging but do able. Parking is a little struggle for day guests. Only 3 parking spots including 1 in the garage.
