The property is furnished and finished throughout and offers spacious and versatile environments. The style of the apartment has been studied in detail, maintaining the traditional features of historic homes in the Lake, such as fine wood on sight in most local and many furniture components, all the charming wood-burning oven ideal for every type of cooking.
The apartment has a double bedroom with front view of the lake, beautifully furnished with bare wooden floors, networks with wooden staves and orthopedic mattresses memory in aleo true for a 5 star rest. Another double bed (in option also single has the same characteristics and is located in the large living room.

Beautiful and rustic
The location of Maggie’s home was lovely. Quiet and peaceful with incredible views of the surrounding countryside. The home was well stocked with everything we needed. As others have noted, the road is a bit tricky but manageable (we traversed it fine in a rented Ford Focus). Communication was excellent and we very much enjoyed our stay.

Wow where do I start...I suppose I could start with saying I am really fussy! This property delivered on so many levels. First to mention the views!! Just instantly puts you in a good mood waking up to the breathtaking views...the pictures on the listing are accurate. The beds were so comfortable (even better than ours at home which is unusual from a holiday let) and the contact and help from the owner was perfect. Gave us our privacy but responded to queries quickly. The surrounding area is lovely. I am so glad I booked this property for a wonderful stay in lake como.

Comfortable apartment with a spectacular view
This place has amazing views of Lake Como and its surrounding mountains. Its a great accomodation if you want to sit and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. There is also a pool that I am sure is great in the summer (we visited in winter). It is a steep drive up to the village of Olgiasca, so be aware of the steep and small mountain roads. The village is nice, with a hotel, some restaurants and a market. We mainly stayed there in the evening/morning and were out during the day, but if you wanted to use this as a retreat, that would also be nice. It was comfortable and well-equipped. I would stay again.

We rented the house and the apartment. This worked perfect for our group of eleven and we had room to spare. The location was ideal. The village was charming. The owners super helpful and courteous. The grounds and pools were immaculate kept. The views of the lake were unparalleled.

Tolle Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick und schönem Pool
Wir waren jetzt das zweite Mal in dieser Unterkunft, weil es uns vor zwei Jahren so extrem gut gefallen hatte. Mittlerweile ist der Check-in noch einfacher, da es eine Schlüsselbox vor der Einfahrt gibt. Besonders schön ist die Lage und das Anwesen. Man hat einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See, das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool ist einfach mega. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man so braucht. je ne sais pas si le probléme vient de l hote ou d abritel mais je n'ai eu aucune information sur la procedure d acceuil avant d arriver donc ns avons dus chercher et attendre comment prendre possession du logement? le procedure est arrive sur internet vers 15 H mais pas sur mon tel donc 1H apres arrivée? de plus il faisait 15 ° appart trés humide 10Epar jour pour avoir du chauffage meme pas un chauffage d acceuil dans la salle d'eau! le site est splendide mais le parking etait a cote de notre appart en rez de chausseé donc va et vient de voiture pour l intimmitée on repassera les apparts au dessus sont plus tranquilles mal insonorisé on entendait tout les bruits du dessus et cerise sur le gateau la derniere nuit des gens sont arrives apres 11h et a 5 h du matin branle bas de cmbat sans aucune discretion pout tout cela je voudrais faire une réclamation a abritel!

Der Gastgeber Hr.Michele und seiner Familien waren super und
Das war eine spontane Entscheidung Richtung Como See Urlaub zu machen und wir sind sehr zufrieden mit unsere Entscheidung.Eine tolle Zeit habe ich mit meiner Familie gehabt.Ausflüge haben wir nach Monza und Lecce jeweils einen Tag gemacht und es hat sehr spaß gemacht ,in Lecce Como See sind wir trotz bei ca.19 Grade Wassertemperatur gebadet. Der Gastgeber mit seiner Mana und die gesamte Familie waren sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereit ,trotz sprachliche Hürden haben wir uns irgendwie verständigen können. Da sie Tiere lieben, war für uns optimal mit unserm kleinen Hund dort wohl zu füllen. Eine tolle Erfahrung und wir kommen wieder. :) und ciao.

Soggiorno estremamente piacevole, casa accogliente con belli interni in legno. Ping pong, calcetto balilla, piscina (non utilizzata da noi perché non era stagione) e super televisione se vi interessa. Proprietari assolutamente sempre disponibili.

Vorab: Es sieht wirklich genauso aus wie auf den Bildern! Die Lage ist fantastisch - man hat vom Frühstücksttisch (auf Terrasse oder drinnen) aus einen tollen Blick über den See. Dadurch, dass man Richtung Süden schaut, hat man quasi den ganzen Tag Sonne. Am Besten kann man die am/im Pool liegt. Der liegt eine Ebene tiefer, 10m von der Tür weg und doch "aus dem Blick". Die komplette Anlage ist beeindruckend hochwertig angelegt und gepflegt; Golfrasen, Terrasse und alle Wege sehr sauber gepflastert, ... Auch die Wohnung selbst hatte alles, was man braucht: - Gut ausgestattete Küche (mit Geschirrspüler), - einen großen Aufenthaltsraum mit einer großen Sitzecke - Wohnzimmer mit Sat-Empfang aller möglichen Satelliten (u.a. auch Astra = alle deutschen Programme). - Internet via WiFi mit guter Bandbreite (Netflix-fähig) und Stabilität. - Bad und Schlafzimmer auch gut ... Und ganz wichtig: Michele und seine Familie sind immer da, freundlich, hilfsbereit, ... und (in Italien nicht selbstverständlich) man kommt sehr gut mit Englisch und Deutsch zurecht. Vielen Dank an Michele für den tollen Urlaub, den wir in Olgiasca haben durften!!

Absolut empfehlenswert!
Alles war vorhanden und sauber. Michele und die gesamte Familie Maffioli war sehr offenherzig und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Das gesamte Anwesen bietet einen unschlagbaren Rundumblick auf den Commer See. Wir hatten eine phantastische Zeit, genau wie man sich "bella Italia" vorstellt.

Wunderbare Aussicht auf den Comer See
Die Wohnung am Comer See ist genau wie beschrieben. Der Ausblick auf den Comer See könnte nicht schöner sein und der Pool ist ebenfalls sehr schön und gepflegt. Es gibt jederzeit aussreichend Liegen am Pool und es stehen Sonnenschirme zur Verfügung. Die Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend und geben einem alle gewünschten Auskünfte und Tipps. Deutsches TV war verfügbar. Ein Auto ist sinnvoll, da der öffentliche Nahverkehr von dort aus eher spärlich ist. Das Auto konnte sicher bei den Wohnungen geparkt werden. Die Wohnungen in dem Objekt kann man auch mit Haustieren buchen. Bedeutet allerdings auch, dass man schon mal Gebell von den Hunden der Mieter und Vermieter in Kauf nehmen muss. Die Wohnung war leicht hellhörig.

Posizione bellissima sul lago di Como!
Luogo incantevole. Appartamento confortevole con accesso diretto a piscina. Vista meravigliosa sul lago! Struttura tenuta bene e da persone gentilisdime e disponibili. Parcheggio sicuro dentro la struttura. Appartamento spazioso e comodo. Vicino al centro di Colico, Dervio, Bellano e Varenna. Ipermercato/centro commercialr facilmente raggiungibile. Il centro di Milano è raggiungibile in un’ora e mezza sia in treno che in macchina. Spiaggie e altre bellezze naturali (pian di Spagna, ma anche la Valtellina) e culturali (abbazia di Piona a mezzo km, centri storici di Bergamo, Como, ecc) sono vicini e facilmente raggiungibili. Insomma l’appartamento Raffaello è stato per noi un luogo perfetto per una bella vacanza in famiglia!

Amazing views over Como Lake, dog friendly owners
The property is located on a beautiful spot on the Olgiasca peninsula. We enjoyed the views over the Como Lake, which changes by the hour due to the effects of wind, sun and clouds. The family Maffioli is very friendly and helpful and our two dogs were really welcome. The garden is fully fenced, which is great having two dogs running around. One feels right in the middle of Italian life, which adds to the experience. Great value for money!
