We loved this hotel! We were getting mixed reviews online prior to booking but we are so glad we stayed here. This property didn’t break the bank and the best part was that it was all inclusive. Gabriel at the Expedia desk was super helpful from check in to check out. The pools were awesome with daily activities and especially the slides for the kids. My son had a blast, we couldn’t get him out of the water! Our room was beautiful. We stayed in a junior ocean front view and it was amazing. Could see the whole resort property through to the beach. Could hear the waves crashes in the middle of the night. We definitely plan to come back and will absolutely stay here again! There were many food options to take advantage of. Shopping offsite was not far at all as this was a prime location. I highly recommend!!

Lots of nice restaurants are in walkable distance. The view from hotel is amazing. Their massage service were exceptional. It gets little loud at night but this hotel has more pros than cons. Restaurants in hotel were decent except for breakfast.

We had the pleasure of staying at the Krystal Grand / Bel Aire sun club with the nice surprise of having had our personal concierge for having booked through Expedia. We had the pleasure of working with Gabriel Avila who was above and beyond his customer service. His attentiveness was wonderful and took care of all of our needs. >Gracias Gabriel por todas sus atenciones y su excelente servicio.
The staff at the hotel were all super friendly and attentive as well. They all deserve to get tipped well! :)

"The receptionist at arrival is not very helpful or appealing. If I was the owner there would be only one reason she worked at that position was she is my wife or owner, either way she shouldn’t be in that spot."

"Follow the instructions from the property group. Don’t try to Google Map it. That app was very wrong and got us in a mess the first night trying to find it in the dark. Looks like they were fixing the outdoor pool shower toward the end of our stay so that will be great for future guests to use before ..."
