We were very satisfied with our stay in Colle di val’d Elsa. The hotel was fantastic and our “breakfast-host” was very service minded. The breakfast was generous and the surroundings was lovely.

Our stay at the Hotel Palazzo Renieri was wonderful. The staff were welcoming and helpful. The hotel was clean and nicely appointed. The room was nicely furnished, had a lovely bathroom, and was air conditioned. The breakfast at the hotel each morning was terrific - lots of fresh food, and many options. We would definitely stay here again.

Amazing location! Located at the top of a hill in a town that was built in 1000-1400’s. The views and ambiance walking around the streets was a fabulous surprise. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The breakfast had so many selections to choose from pastries, meats, fruits, cereal including a fresh cappuccino. A restful sleep and amazing start to the day - thank you!

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Buon punto d'appogio per visitare Siena, San Gimignano, gli altri borghi nei pararaggi e la stessa Colle Val D'Elsa. Personale molto educato, cordiale, gentile e disponibile Seppur in un palazzo storico non aspettatevi una struttura lussuosa. La nostra era una quadrupla "luxurury", ma seppur comoda e pulita di luxury non aveva nulla. Comunque si ha tutto ciò che ci si aspetta da un tre stelle. Consigliato!

Located in the old town, with no parking which was the main issue, parking was a hike away down some stone stairs so no facilities for disability or people who struggle to walk

The property is much more dated than the pictures provide. Unfortunately our bathroom was digesting with mold. We asked for it to be clean and was told the water worked just fine so they did not see a problem with it. I provided them with pictures of my complaint. Ultimately we decided to stay somewhere else, so we asked for our money back for the night we did not stay and they would not.
