Unfortunately, pool was unavailble as was being cleaned. Jacuzzi was full of dead bugs and leaves. Sauna and indoor pool was 20€ extra. "This is definitely a no-frills overnight stay, but the staff was very pleasant, has nice little bar, has great cappuccino and a good breakfast, and a little market across the street. It's very quiet, but the church bells do start at 7 AM. I would absolutely stay here again!!!!"

"We had a one night stay during a tour of northern Italy. For the price we were very impressed and felt it necessary to write this review. It felt like stepping back in time a bit decor wise but we actually found this really charming and it was impeccably clean throughout. Small details such as the towel art in the room and unexpected access to a little indoor pool (that staff turned back on just for us despite our late check on time) made it an absolute delight. "Our family of 4 (2 boys under age 12) stayed here one night on our trip through the Dolomites. The family room with the bunk bed was perfect for our family. The views were AMAZING! The check-in and check-out process was smooth and the included breakfast was delicious. We opted not to have dinner, but that was available. The views alone are worth the trip!"

"Lovely hotel and very central location. Rooms are extremely clean and nicely fitted out. Staff were really great and the (mostly) subterranean spa facilities are excellent. We thought this hotel was great value. Our only disappointment was the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the room, as morning tea addicts we tried to order room service with no success as we don’t speak Italian. We ended up buying a travel kettle from the local store! Nevertheless we would definitely stay again. "

"We enjoyed our stay in R Mulaz very much. It was not a big place but it was a very cosy and friendly. Sebastiano and Beatrice are very warm and friendly folks. Sebastiano helped us tremendously with some essential equipment to continue with our hike. Thank you Sebastiano. And Lunar the family dog added to the warm welcome we received.
