"Beautiful location, very handy for the lake (swimming, pedelos etc) and with some lovely restaurants and gelatos in the local town! Views from the property are amazing, it is very quiet and peaceful"

The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

Steps to and from the front door and steps throughout the home. The owner was great and communicated well. We loved Todi, great little town and central location for visiting the hill towns. "We had a very wonderful stay at Hotel Priori Secret Garden! The property is in such great location right in the center to where the action is. It’s an easy walk to places we wanted to visit in Perugia. Breakfast was excellent and had a vairiety of healthy options. The room was spacious, beds confortable and the staff were all attentive, friendly, professional and easy to communicate with. We will definitely return and stay here again!"

"Great hotel in former palazza. Lovely staff. Recommend. One beware: if coming by train, Google maps will tell you the train is 230 m from the funicular. This is wrong. The 230 m refers to the escalator to a parking area. The hotel is 1.3 kilometres from the top of the funicular which leaves from opposite the railway station. From the funicular, walk up Cavour which is about 10-15 degrees on the left and is the main street. There is then one left turn about 150 m from the hotel. Use your phone. I believe you can also catch a mini bus or a very overpriced taxi from the station but we didn’t sight either."

"Stunning Tuscan views, beautifully updated historic propert, warm, friendly and marvelously competent staff, delicious food and wine…this place is a marvel. We enjoyed three days in autumn. The countryside was beautiful and the days were sunny with ideal temperatures. They have a gorgeous swimming pool which should make it even better during summer, though I can’t complain because the off season prices we got were a steal. Words cannot describe how wonderful this place is."
