Great place to stay. Stayed in many places in Sydney but this would be among the best locations/hotels and value for money

Interesting architecture but the interior lighting is really poorly designed. We needed a head torch inside our room to locate switches and plugs and the 'mood' lighting in the hallways made it almost impossible to see room numbers on the doors. With no ability to increase the level of lighting in rooms this suggests little attention has been paid to practicality. The rest of the hotel was interesting and the staff excellent...but we would not stay there again.

was an awesome stay, we loved all of it. Short walk to the museum and various places to eat. The staff were all so lovely. Breakfast was very good. The mattress and pillows were so comfy I had to check the pillow label before we left, slept like a baby both nights!

I have been to this property several times and never had an issue. The rooms are clean, have all the amenities which you would need for an overnight stay or even a week stay. They have clothes washing and drying facilities in the room along with a mini fridge and cooking facilities. It’s also great if travelling with kids, depending on what suite you choose there is a seperate room for them in the suite. The other good thing is that it’s a pet friendly, so if travelling with pets this is the place to stay. It’s in walking distance of a nice German restaurant, which we love to dine at. You do have to drive back into the heart of the city, but it’s not far at all. Plenty of parking and has always been safe and quiet. Staff are amazing and so helpful, which is always a bonus.

It has great customer service especially the receptionist she makes you feel so welcome upon check in
