The only issue we had was that one morning we came down for breakfast around 09:15 and the young lady had put basically everything away. There was another young lady that had 2 kids came looking for breakfast after us, and was tuened away with only dey ceral. Or would have been nice to had breakfast since it was included.

This hotel was extremely clean. However the carpets are older and could use some upgrades. Breakfast was very good, coffee was hot. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions. The only negative was there was some kind of sanitizer or deodorizer in the room or in the air conditioning system. As soon as i stepped foot in the room I started sneezing and my nose was running, as soon as I went outside i was fine, I did ask the front desk he didn’t know if they had anything in the room and said housekeeping was gone.

There were ants in the breakfast area and in our room. We paid for a suite but the AC was broken so we got moved to a double bed room and the price was never adjusted to reflect the smaller room. Wasn’t notified of this change until we arrived. Location was good, within walking distance to branch ave metro station.
