"Lovely old character building in a nice quiet area. Staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast and coffee really nice. A great place to unwind and relax. Beds very comfortable and large rooms with plenty of space. Just short on plug sockets for the all important phone charging. Dog friendly so you can bring your best four-legged friend with you too. "The resort is located on the side of the hill so you could see down in the valley, which is very beautiful in the morning. The rooms are very clean spacious bathrooms. The resort also has parking lot. The drive to the resort is windy, twisty uneven roads I was the only thing that I didn’t like But the resort itself is amazing. "

"As someone who usually stays at very cheap stays, this was a treat. I stayed by myself and I felt like the room was very big. The bathroom and shower were small but fine. Front desk attendants were very nice and the breakfast was simple but enough to get my day started. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet at night! Beautiful villa. I would stay again!"

"Fantastic relaxing and peaceful stay. We stayed at Abbazia for 2 nights for our wedding anniversary and we did not want to leave. Our stay was absolutely wonderful; the rooms are wonderful and the staff our so accommodating and friendly. The spa prices were very reasonable and I was impressed at the variety and quality of the many treatments they had on offer. The food was delicious with a different menu every day and dinner in the restaurant with the view of the Umbrian hills at sunset was beautiful. The two pool areas were clean and we enjoyed a very peaceful few days of sunbathing. I do recommend hiring a car for your stay as the prices of transfers or taxis are staggering (as taxis have to come from Assisi or Folignio) or if you plan to travel to any of the neighboring towns like Assisi, Montefalco or Perugia which are about 28 mins from the hotel by car. We definitely can’t wait to return soon and stay for even longer next time. Grazie mille bellissima Abbazia Collemedio! "
