We were priced a room at $245.50 per night for 2 nights but no extra charge per night when we were not able to stay the second night. However, on check out I see the rate charged was $289.00. Why is there an extra charge of $43.50?

As a first-time guest, I had a great time with our stay. The night reception or Guest Service Allan was very accommodating and pleasant. He was able to give me and my friend a room near to each other despite the short notice.

This was a wonderful surprise! I’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn Express hotels and have been disappointed, so when this was one of the remaining options for a New Years visit to the Blue Mountains, I wasn’t happy; however, this one is amazing! Very clean and modern amenities, rooms are nicely appointed and the whole hotel seems brand new. The staff were wonderful and were very helpful and joyful! The free breakfast was good with a variety of options. Lovely, attentive staff serving breakfast. Other reviews noted noisy guests - I didn’t experience this and there was a 10pm quiet policy. Lots of families, kid friendly, and even though the breakfast was well attended, there were plenty of seats and I could get a spot away from the noise. Basic but good workout area, ample on site parking and an affordable rate. I’ll definitely stay again! Highly recommended!

Front staff was nice. Alex and Zack are friendly. A lady at the front on December 23rd wasn't very nice when asked questions and was dismissive in her replies. Overall though, the staff did a great job despite that interaction.
