2 bedroom 2.5 bath with pull out couch. Unit sleeps 6 Location is 10 minutes from Blue Mountain Skiing. 6 mInutes from Scandinave Spa, 6 minutes from Collingwood’s beautiful downtown shops, restaurants, breweries and trails. Bowling, Axe Throwing, Ridge Runner ride. Horse back riding and more.Georgian trail is minutes from the condo. 2 parking spots plus overflow parking. No smoking pets welcome subject to limitations. Kitchen is stocked with utensils.
-No parties
-No smoking or vaping in the unit $1000 minimum charge if it is found that smoking or vaping has taken place. If you smoke on balcony or patio please close all doors and window. If neighbours are affected in anyway by smoking or vaping it is to be stopped immediately
-Quiet time 11pm-8 am
-Please respect your neighbours
-No unleashed pets outside

-Early Check in, before 4pm and late check out, after 11 am are charged at $15 including HST for each hour. This however is not always available and usually cannot be booked in advance. Cleaning schedules and booking schedules often make early check in and late check out un available

special occasion
The condo was just the ticket for an overnight stay after a Celebration of Life event. The pictures do not due it justice...bigger and brighter than anticipated. The hotel like details were a nice touch! Very happy with our choice! Ann
