I liked that the place was nice and quiet, and the rooms are spacious. Staff was also quite friendly and understanding. The "free breakfast" was lackluster and not good at all. But then again I only stayed for a night, but it definitely did get the job done. Would stay again.

Well when I check-in it was God the problem was that I was a little late and everything to eat was closed, we trying to make a cup of coffee and there was not water I have to used from the vanity then there was only one pack to do one cup of coffee so my wife and I then we want to put sugar and there was none. Then when I check out it was another gentleman at the counter and ask me to paid for my pet it was requested on my booking so he ask me to paid 75.00 dollars so I explain what happened but he just apologize so I left I tough this hotel has name and excellent reputation but I don't think I will used them again the inside look but the outside looks great...

We had a very pleasant stay at the Radisson in Fairview Heights. The staff went out of their way to make us comfortable. Like so many hotels, they are having a few issues with the cleaning staff, but any concerns we had were immediately addressed. The battery was low on the thermostat and they sent a wonderful maintenance man up to fix it right away. We will return to this hotel again on our trips to St Louis.

Very nice clean room that looked recently updated. Hot breakfast was good. We got in late, and left early the next morning, so didn't see much besides lobby, room, and breakfast area. What we saw was all very nice.
