"Lovely villa with traditional spanish features. Fantastic outside space, pool and outdoor cooking area. Juan, the owner, is very nice and very helpful. Main road through Arenas is very long and windy. Beware of where satnav trys to route you, unmade single track roads, steep hills with sharp bends and no barriers between you and the drop. I would advise staying on tarmac!"

"Had the most incredible stay at Cabana De Piedra! I stayed recently with my friends for our 30th birthday celebration. It was so perfect. The villa is in the most incredible remote location in the mountains. The views are spectacular and so dreamy! The villa was perfect for a big group, had everything we needed and was spotless. "Gorgeous house high in the hills. Lovely pool & house well equipped. The 2 restaurants close by were very welcoming with good food. Everything else is a drive away, although regular walkers/ hikers will probably disagree! The Olive Mill in Comares has fantastic food & brilliant staff - I had a medical emergency while there & they were amazing contacting the emergency services - all through Google translate. "We had a wonderful time at the Villa and our experience was fantastic from beginning to end. We were a party of 4 with ages ranging from 27 to 85 and all felt the Villa met their own needs. The pictures are unusually an extremely accurate representation with every amenity you could hope for. We usually eat out on holiday but found ourselves not wanting to move away from the Villa it was so beautiful. "Although the villa is quite remote, it’s a great place for a group of friends or group of families to stay at Great pool, and other relaxing facilites, easy to cook in small groups or as one bigger group The host (Rafael) could not have been more helpful, getting us booking at restaurants, or cooking a large Paella for us on site, or helping us with other questions and requests I would certainly recommend it to other friends"

"When you pull into the driveway you feel like you have truly arrived in Spain. A truly Spanish Villa. 5 bedrooms all with their own ensuite. Lots of places to sit and enjoy the sun or shade. Stunning scenery. Hear the sheep being led down the hill with their bells. Sit on your balcony and enjoy your sunrise. Sit by the pool and stargaze after dark.
