"We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"This is a lovely comfortable apartment that is about a 15 minute walk from all the attractions in town and very close to a bus/tram stop which is very convenient. It had everything we needed."

"We were a large family group renting the property for a week for a reunion. Beautiful, high-design property - tip top shape. Everyone enjoyed the pool, sauna and playground. Adults stayed in the main house and teenagers/young adults in the pool house. Lots of different spaces to gather and also escape for some quiet time. Some wonderful restaurants nearby."

"The loft was perfect for the four of us. Location is a short walk to the center of Ghent. Across the canal was a hidden gem--Industrie Museum. And a lovely Italian restaurant. The loft was light and airy, the bathrooms modern. The common area has a nice seating area, a huge dining table and an adequate kitchen and a small powder room. "A wonderful place to stay in Ghent. The apartment is located above the bustling heart of the historic center with beautiful views. The apartment was spacious, clean, comfortable and safe with modern amenities. The hosts communicated well and I would like to stay here again. Being in the heart of the city comes with city noises, however, this didn't bother me. If I may suggest adding a mirror to the second bedroom and second bathroom. Definitely a 5-star rating and would recommend staying here."

"Great house to stay in. It’s clear the host takes pride in his rentals. Everything is immaculate. We didn’t want for anything in this house. For example usually when staying away there are bits and bobs we miss in the kitchen for making dinner. Not the case here. Very well stocked kitchen. Lovely large bath and separate walk in shower. High quality washer and dryer. Great spot to stay! "

"The staff of Hotel Harmony are excellent, and the hotel offers a list of very useful restaurant recommendations. We were in the hotel in early February, which is clearly a low-residency time that they were using to do some painting and refurbishment. This didn't affect our enjoyment (much) and will be a benefit to people who visit in a warmer time of year."

Excellent, very friendly and helpfulreceptionists!

"The staff went above and beyond to fullfil all my needs. The temperature in the room was rather cold (very cold weather outside) and I couldn't figure out how the air con works. The receptionist listened to me carefully and then then sent someone to only adjust the temperature in the room but left an additional heating unit in my room should if I need it. the only reason I gave 4 starts for comfort was the noise from outside. The location is central and I had a wonderful view from my room. It was just a bit loud. Maybe should have brought earplugs. Apart from that, both receptionists I had the pleasure of talking to were extremely welcoming, nice and polite. Really appreciate it, thank you! :)"
