ruhige gegend, nah genug am geschehen
Alles war super, easy check in, etwas laufen zur Tram aber kein Problem! Ruhige Wohngegend, aber man ist auch hi Wegs schnell in der Südstadt, zB. Kommunikation mit Vermieter war super.
