Angenehmer Aufenthalt in schöner Ferienwohnung - zum wiederholten Mal
Wir waren in den Herbstferien '22 zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung. Und wieder hat alles gepasst. Die Wohnung bietet alles was einen angenehmen Aufenthalt ausmacht: mehr als genügend Platz für eine Familie mit zwei nicht mehr ganz so kleinen Kindern (11 und 13), alle Dinge für das tägliche Leben zu viert, eine gute Lage um wiederholt mit dem Fahrrad nach Bonn zu fahren, eine gute Internetanbindung um im Homeoffice zu arbeiten und eine unkomplizierte und prompte Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Wir sagen Danke und kommen gerne wieder.

Positiv: - Geografische Lage, ideal für Urlaubsaktivitäten auf beiden Rheinseiten - Schlafzimmer Negativ: - Ekelerregender Geruch im Bad, vermutlich aus der Kanalisation. Vermieter versucht erfolglos, mit chemischen Beduftungsmaßnahmen dagegen anzukommen. - Sauberkeit ließ sehr zu wünschen übrig - Küchenausstattung alt und vom Billigsten Insgesamt ist das keine Wohnung, in der wir uns wohlfühlen und unseren Urlaub verbringen wollen. Für zwei Drittel des Preises wäre es eine akzeptable Unterkunft. Für den von uns gezahlten Preis erwartet man deutlich Besseres.

Moderne, helle, große Wohnung
Die Wohnung war erstaunlich hell. Einige Ausstattungsgegenstätte hätten zahlreicher vorhanden sein können (Handtücher, Teelöffel, fehlende Suppenkelle). Die Zufahrt auf den Hof erfordert sehr gutes Manövriervermögen.

Lage top, alles vorhanden was man braucht
Es gab ein paar Unannehmlichkeiten, die aber schnell geklärt waren. Zum Beispiel waren nur vier Betten bezogen, obwohl wir für fünf Personen gebucht hatten. Das lies sich schnell klären, auch, weil der Vermieter immer zeitnah geantwortet hat. Die Sauberkeit lies etwas zu wünschen übrig, was wir persönlich adressiert haben und ebenfalls schnell Antwort bekamen. Wir haben noch folgende Verbesserungsvorschläge gemacht 1. nicht nur eine Lampe am Elternbett, sondern auf beiden Seiten, auch an den Betten oben wären Lampen gut. 2.mehr Handtuchhaken im Bad. Vorschläge von anderen Reisenden waren umgesetzt, z.B. waren Rollos an den Fenstern. Der Vermieter schien sehr bemüht und dankbar für unser Feedback. Die Wohnung ist mit eigenem Parkplatz für Ausflüge ins Phantasialand und nach Köln durchaus zu empfehlen.

Super schöner Kurzurlaub
Wir haben uns während des Aufenthaltes total wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Es blieben keine Wünsche offen. Alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sehr sauber.
