Cute and cozy home
I got this house for a Bachelorette party!! Our stay was amazing... the house was secluded from others and we had no complaints about being to loud or rowdy. Loved the firepit and gazebo outside. We enjoyed our stay so much and will be coming back soon!!

Lots to do!
We were celebrating our daughter’s graduation with a couple of her friends. Great location to local attractions and lots of things to occupy our time! Games and a fire pit. A great grill we used for burgers and hot dogs! Everything we needed for a fun weekend!

Awesome Place
Overall, the property was perfect for our Girl’s Trip. Loved the location and great communication with the host. The batteries in the keypad ended up not working one night. When I contacted the host, help was on the way immediately and the issue was resolved very promptly. The house itself was decorated so cute and layout is perfect. The only thing to mention is that since the property is tucked away and surrounded by trees, we did have a few insects as guests throughout the stay. Other than that, the property was awesome for our trip.

Amazing!
We had the best time here! The house is beautiful inside and out! It was perfect for our large family with plenty of room and the kids loved it too! So many places to explore around the area but we especially loved going to Hagar beach right around the corner to climb the sand dunes and watch the sunset over the lake. We hope to come back next summer! Thanks for having us!

Great Place to Stay!
Totally family friendly! Had lots of things for kids to do while we could have coffee on the deck or sit by the incredible fire pit. Clean, very cute, updated and decorated. Was very private, and very close to Coloma’s beach, which is not overrun and one that we love. Also quick access to the highway and places like St. Joseph, South Haven, Arvesta Farms, etc. So great, thank you!

Nice place
This is a great place for families with little children to stay. Our kids loved the zipline and playground outside and the air hockey table inside. The place was cute and the firepit was nice to make smores. The only complaint was the ants and gnats. I realize this may be difficult to control being surrounded by woods. Overall a nice stay.

Great place for the family
Big enough to fit my big family comfortably. This house was probably better "stocked" with the little foods and such that you always forget than any other house I've ever rented. The owners were easy to communicate with. House is 15 minutes north of St. Joseph. Kids loved the air hockey:). Will definitely consider staying here again.

Amazing Value
I can't even begin to tell you the value of this property. The listing doesn't do it justice! We had such a lovely and comfortable stay for a small group of us to do a "field day" and myself and one other person stayed overnight. This space is so comfy, clean, safe, and cute. I would recommend this space to anyone who wants to host a small get together, or just have a tranquil spot for a relaxing getaway. Thank you, Alicia, for being an amazing host and I hope you have so much success with this property! It is amazing.

Great family spot!
We couldn't have asked for a better, more kid friendly place than Tres Casa. The playset, the zip line, and the fire pit were perfect and kept our little ones busy when we weren't at the beach. The location was ideal, with a large private lot - and the noise of the road just beyond the trees was not an issue. We didn't hear a thing inside the house. The large living area was great for dance parties and board games. We loved being 5 minutes from Hagar Beach, and we also took advantage of the short 20 minute trip to South Haven as well. One night, there were big storms blowing through and our host was easy to reach and checked on us throughout. Very thoughtful! Thank you for a wonderful week making great memories!!

Above and beyond
About an hour and a half before our arrival, the home owner contacted me to let us know that the power was out at the property. We arrived to the property and ran back out to get candles and supplies. The house owner was on their way with a generator and was extremely apologetic about the power outage. When we returned to the house with supplies from the Dollar General the power came back on as we were pulling down the road (thankfully) The house owner pulled in right behind us ready to hook up the generator for us! Fortunately we didn't need it. He went ahead and made sure we were all set up to have a bon fire and checked that there was propane in the screen porch heater. We LOVED the house! Plenty of room and stuff for the kids to do. The nearby beach was great to spend time at together. We had a wonderful trip.

Labor Day Family Weekend: Friday Sept. 1st - Monday, Sept. 4th.
The property was more than we anticipated. Supplies were so unexpected and not like any other rental we have rented. It felt like we were at home, pizza delivery good. Everything was supplied and we wanted for nothing. Area is beautiful and surprisingly the mosquitos werent bad. My only suggestion is to add televisions n the bedrooms, as the kids brought their playstations, etc and the younger kids were able to look at tv often, but it worked out. Enjoyed the firepit, play ground area and zipline. I will return, as this property location was not far and is my favorite, maybe a little longer. Relaxed, Peace and quiet! Thanks!

Awesome Girls Getaway
This home far exceeded our expectations! It looked nice o line but in person, we were like ,”WOW!” Keypad entry was easy in/out. Home was very clean with nice updates. It was also stocked with all the necessary items, nice linens and, towels, and plenty of furniture inside and outside for large groups. There was so much room for our group of 12 ranging in age from 21 to 83. The three bedrooms were at one end of the home so we could have quiet time if anyone needed to take a nap. The fire pit was amazing with firewood provided. The young ladies in our group loved the zip line. The outside accent lighting also added a nice vibe to the place. It is conveniently located between St. Joe and South Haven. I would definitely rent again in the future.

simple, no frills, money saving option
We were in town for a couple of days on our way from one college tour to another and wanted to hit the beach to relax in between. This house was perfect for us since we had an itinerary other than a beach vacation. We didn't need to have waterfront so this saved a ton of money and everyone had their own bedroom which is always a plus versus a crowded hotel room. It was a quick drive to a smaller (less crowded) beach at Hagar Park but is also only a 15-20 minute drive to either St Joe or South Haven. We enjoyed the fire pit and screen room as well. A few things to note; the bathroom in the master does not have an enclosed shower, just a tub with a hand held sprayer. And it is obvious that someone uses this house personally, as there was food in the fridge/freezer (both needed cleaning) and in the kitchen cabinets and personal items in bathrooms- not a big deal to us but some may not be comfortable with feeling like you're in someone else's space. Overall, it was clean but could use a little more attention to detail inside and out. It could also use butter knives (couldn't find any) and bed side lamps in the main bedroom. I also recommend white noise machines for sleeping, as the nearby freeway is loud. If your group doesn't need a fancy, waterfront property right in St Joe or South Haven, this place is a great money saving option.

Nice Weekend
We were a group of 7 adults and had a nice weekend stay. The house was clean and well furnished and the outdoor area is great. When I contacted the host with questions a few days before our stay they got back to me quickly. The only negatives were: a few of the items they said were included in the listing were actually not (firewood, paper towel, no hand soap in the kitchen); the bathroom in the primary bedroom has a jetted tub but only a handheld attachment for showers (it is not mounted) which made showers difficult; the futons are literally in the middle of the main hallway which is kind of awkward, so they may be suitable for kids, but not really for adults (we didn’t need to use them so it was fine). Overall, it was a good space for our needs.

Family get-away
The property was great. It was clean and well maintained. Location was good, it was nice that you couldn't really even see any other homes from the property, even though they were reasonably near by. The games and zip line were excellent for the kids. All areas of the house (inside and out) were set up really well for guest occupancy / usage. Family room, living room, kitchen, bathrooms, bedrooms, gazebo, deck with gas grill - nice layout and good condition. We enjoyed our stay.

ANNIVERSARY GETAWAY
THE WEEKEND GETAWAY WAS VERY NICE. THE PROPERTY WAS CLEAN, DECORATED VERY NICE, CENTRALLY LOCATED TO EVERYTHING, REMOTE, QUIET, AND BEDS WERE VERY COMFORTABLE. A VERY GOOD RAPPORT WITH PROPERTY OWNER AS WELL. I WOULD RECCOMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE. THIS PLACE WOULD BE A GREAT PLACE FOR FAMILY AND OR FRIENDS TO GET TOGETHER. MY WIFE AND I WERE THERE FOR OUR WEDDING ANNIVERSARY AND TRULY ENJOYED OURSELVES.
