"Great location! Easy to walk to the city center and many things to do around the hotel with great restaurants just meters away. The breakfast is very good! And the morning staff went above and beyond. There is a man who works at the desk at night who was rude and was not helpful at all and would not help answer my questions or help me at all. "Fantastic view of the lake and distant mountains from the balcony. Comfortable room although in the fully equipped bathroom, the toilet was very close to the shower (you had to stand on the shower tray to use the toilet). The hotel is very convenient for the town (just round the corner). Plenty of parking available. I decided to stay an extra night. Good wi-fi"
