Welcome to Colonzelle, in Drôme Provençale, in this spacious and bright house of 150 m² that can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. It is ideal for family or friends holidays, in a calm, natural setting, and perfectly equipped.

o An entrance with independent WC
o A large bright living room, bathed in sunlight, open to the south-facing terrace
o A dining room with direct access to the shaded north terrace
o A fully equipped independent kitchen
o 2 comfortable bedrooms (single beds + queen size bed)
o 1 bathroom with bathtub, shower and WC

Half floor:
o 2 additional bedrooms (double beds)
o 1 bathroom with hand basin

Exterior & Equipment:
• A fully enclosed garden, perfect for children or pets
• A heated swimming pool (5×11 m) secured by an electric roller shutter
• A sunny south-facing terrace for sunbathing
• A north-facing terrace ideal for meals in the shade
• A petanque court for enthusiasts
• A small vegetable garden on the north side and a wooded area for cool moments

A maximum of 2 animals are accepted (supplement of £20/animal for the stay)

We have had a very nice stay in this fantastic house with a great pool. We enjoyed the quiet and private surroundings. We highly recommend this house. The check-in was very friendly and informative.

Piscine Cuisine super équipée Avoir un endroit où rester dehors en cas de pluie (auvent, pergola…) afin de ne pas devoir rester à l’intérieur

Die Unterkunft liegt auf einem traumhaft angelegten Grundstück mit Boules-Platz, beheiztem Pool und Gemüse-Garten, der von den Gästen auch geerntet werden darf. Die Eigentümer hatten kurz vor unserer Ankunft einen neuen Gasgrill beschafft, den wir auch nutzen durften. Die Bäder und Zimmer waren sauber. Einziger Kritikpunkt ist das eigens gebuchte Bettzeug / Handtuch-Paket. Hier wäre es schön gewesen, wenn die Betten bereits überzogen gewesen wären (für knapp 95 Euro wäre das m.E drin gewesen. Besonders möchte ich noch die Freundlichkeit von Laura Perrot hervorheben, die uns betreut hat. Wirklich toll!

Belle propriété sans voisinage proche de l’espace, une très belle piscine, maison bien équipée, sauf peut-être manque de climatisation dans les chambres surtout pendant la semaine canicule Producteur de fruits légumes non loin plusieurs caves aussi. Je recommande cette maison.

Une maison de charme avec une décoration très raffinée, dans un cadre magnifique avec toutes ses commodités, un vrai havre de Paix ! Sans oublier, l’accueil très chaleureux de Célia que nous remercions.
