"Excellent, all the way around! The owner is super friendly and almost immediately responsive, in the event that you need anything. The house was pristine. So beautiful! The property is like an apartment on the side of the homeowner’s residence, with a separate entrance. It has a very modern look and is well stocked with all of the essentials. They even had drinks in the refrigerator and snacks for us when we arrived. It was so clean that I was comfortable walking around bare foot. The house is located roughly 5-10 minutes away from numerous restaurants. It is roughly 20 minutes away from the lake. We will be back in Colorado again next year and would love the opportunity to stay in the same home again. Thank you for providing such a welcoming place and sharing your space with us! "
"My brothers & I (along with a 13 year old grandson) really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and very well appointed for our needs. Location in a quiet neighborhood was a big plus. One toilet was a little backed up but we were able to plunge it effectively - didn't impact our stay very much. Thanks for the opportunity to enjoy the comfort of the house. It really was a temporary home for us!!!"

"The location was great to visit different golf courses around Grand Junction and the surrounding area. We also had a chance to visit a winery very close by. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. There were 8 of us so we would have liked to have enough dishes, silverware and seating outside for all of us. We did run out of propane for the grill but communication was prompt and we got a new tank the next day. "
