THE HOUSE FEATURES ALL NEWLY REFINISHED HARDWOOD FLOORS, TWO ALL NEW BATHROOMS, A BRAND NEW KITCHEN WITH GRANITE COUNTERTOPS, FRESH PAINT AND ALL NEW FURNISHINGS. HOUSE IS ONLY TWO BLOCKS FROM DOWNTOWN, 2 BLOCKS TO THE INTERSTATE AND 6 BLOCKS TO COLORADO COLLEGE. A PERFECT LOCATION FOR EVERYTHING IN COLORADO SPRINGS.

THE HOUSE HAS A NICE YARD WITH A HOT TUB and BACK PATIO TO RELAX AND BBQ. THERE IS A SMALL COTTAGE AT THE BACK OF THE PROPERTY THAT A Single, quiet tenant lives in.

Great little house for a family
This house worked well for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the hot tub and we liked that we were walking distance to restaurants. We were nervous about being so close to the soup kitchen and seeing many homeless people as we drove to the property but it’s a private and quiet street that seemed to have no issues.

We enjoyed our stay and I would recommend this house. The house was clean and very functional. The location was extremely convenient to all attractions and restaurants. The outside space was also useful and very well maintained. The only negative was that the downstairs bathroom needs upgrading.

Cute House, Great Location!
My friends and I traveled to Colorado Springs for a girls’ trip. The house size and amenities were perfect for the three of us. Super clean and great pre-stay communication from host. Loved sitting outside on porch and back patio! Excellent downtown location where we could walk to tons of restaurants and shops. Easy access to freeway to explore all of the city. Highly recommend!

Charming historic home walking distance to good eats and shops in downtown Colorado Springs! Very clean and well outfitted for a comfortable stay. Wonderful
Perfect for our family of five. The location was amazing , especially since our event was downtown and we had no car. Very clean, comfortable, and charming. There is a definitely a small homeless population nearby- but we had no issues with that. I would definitely recommend and would stay again

Really clean, well appointed, comfortable, and great place for families - we had our spaces within the house, but still felt connected. I like rentals that have a desk for working, but the dining table is so long, I was able to work at the far end for hours without any disruptions. This area of town is nice, convenient, well maintained for being downtown. Colorado Springs is a friendly, well managed city.

Pretty historic home.
The house itself is lovely. Kitchen was like new and tbere were plenty of dishes and cookware. A few notes: linens were frayed, attention to detail like porch light was out and keybox didn't open easily, location of a soup kitchen very close. Not a safe walking area.

Cozy downtown house
Overall a very nice home in a great location. Hot tub was a hit with our kids and the bedrooms were well furnished. The dining table was big enough for a large group to sit around. Quiet neighborhood and parking was a breeze. Only negative was that the living space is fairly small; the 5 of us could not all sit comfortably at the same time. Otherwise, a great overall choice.
