Getting Around:
Private driveway: Please note that our cabin has a private, unpaved driveway. During winter months, 4-wheel drive and/or snow tires are highly recommended to navigate potential ice and snow conditions.

Additionally, guests are responsible for ensuring their vehicles are equipped for winter weather conditions.

The Space:
Nestled amongst the pines, our inviting mountain cabin offers the perfect escape for families and groups. Step inside and be greeted by the open-concept living area, where stunning forest views accompany your relaxation in the spacious living room. Gather for meals and laughter around the dining table for eight, or create culinary masterpieces in the fully-equipped gourmet kitchen with bar seating. A comfortable queen bedroom and a remodeled bathroom with bidet complete the main level.

Head downstairs to discover a fun-filled family room, perfect for unwinding with games and activities. Two additional bedrooms await – a queen bedroom and a bunk room ideal for the little adventurers. Keep your clothes fresh during your stay with the convenient in-cabin laundry room.

Outside, unwind in the relaxing 2-person hot tub after a day of exploration, or cook up a feast on the BBQ grill and enjoy al fresco dining on the patio. Take a stroll through the scenic property, surrounded by the beauty of towering trees, tall grasses, and the occasional wildlife sighting. This cabin has everything you need for a memorable and comfortable mountain getaway!

Guest Access:
Convenient keyless entry: Upon booking, you'll receive a unique code to access the cabin throughout your stay.

Entire cabin at your disposal: Relax and enjoy your time in the entire cabin, including all its amenities. Please note that the garage and storage unit on the property are not accessible to guests.

Other details to note:
House Guide: There is a detailed house guide with everything that you could ever possibly need to know about the space and the local area, including Wi-Fi information, device instructions and contact information.

Common Areas: Due HOA rules, guests do not have access to community lakes for fishing or boating. Guests are encouraged to enjoy the views and walk around the lake in designated areas at their leisure.

ATVs/UTVs: Due to local regulations, these are not permitted on-site and are only permitted for use on designated trails. Additionally, trailers are not permitted due to driveway limitations.

Hot Tub Maintenance: To ensure a clean and safe experience, our professional technician performs weekly maintenance. We strive to notify you in advance (if possible). The technician only needs access to the hot tub area.

Maintaining a clean and healthy environment is important to us. A $300 cleaning fee will be applied if evidence is found of pets or smoking on the property, as it requires additional cleaning measures due to owner allergies.

Early Arrivals/Departures: Inquire for availability. Fee applies ($50/hour). Late Check-out: $75/half hour after designated time.

Interaction with guests:
We understand the importance of privacy during your stay. We won't intrude on your vacation time but are readily available 24/7 via phone or app should you have any questions or require assistance. This way, you can relax and enjoy the cabin while knowing help is just a message or call away.
