This 1 bedroom 1 bath vacation rental is perfect for your Colorado Springs vacation. It has amazing views of Pikes Peak and the whole front range of the Rocky Mountains! It's within a short distance from the Pikes Peak Highway, Pikes Peak Cog Railway, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, & the U.S. Air Force Academy. It's just minutes from Garden of the Gods, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Seven Falls, Cave of the Winds, Manitou Cliff Dwellings, and downtown Colorado Springs.

This unit is a 531 square foot, 1-bedroom suite attached to a single-family home. Watch the 70" TV from the king size bed in the single bedroom or the 50" TV from the full sleeper sofa in the living room. Relax after your adventure with a modern walk-in tile shower.

Enjoy the views of Pikes Peak and the entire front range while dining, watching movies, or playing games at the large dining room table. Or enjoy the private patio with amazing mountain views, a gas grill, patio set, and fire pit.

Take advantage of all of the nearby restaurants, order in, or cook up a delicious meal in the brand-new kitchen which has a convection/microwave oven, full size fridge, icemaker, dishwasher, and single portable burner.

Perfect little getaway
I was a little hesitant because of being conjoined, but it is extremely private and the view is absolutely stunning. The space was perfect for what we were looking for. Highly recommended.

Trip to Colorado Springs
We had a quick trip to CO Springs in early November. The VRBO was fantastic. Very clean, great space. Exceptional Views!! First snowfall of the year and it was the perfect amount to add to the beauty of the fountains. The snow kept us from Pikes Peak but we did go to Garden of the Gods. Manitou Springs is a beautiful town as well.

Amazing Gem in COS
High end appliances and finishes made this an amazing place to visit. I travel a ton for work and love finding amazing places like this where I can skip the hotel lobby, and bar, and loud people around me. Quick access to I-25 but also tucked away with some incredible views of the mountains and front range. As long as your party isn't too large or pack a ton with you, this wonderful property is one you will want to use anytime you visit COS. I will be coming back here again in the future!

We stayed for a little under a week. The property was exactly as described and had a fantastic view. The property was situated really close to old Colorado Springs and manitou springs. It was the perfect little space to stay at while exploring the area. My only complaint was the adjoining door to the main house made me a little uneasy but it locked on our side so it was fine.

My husband and I had a quick visit to Colorado Springs for a wedding. We loved this quaint little vrbo. The size was perfect for us. The location was beautiful. Close to many sight seeing things! This vrbo was so clean and had everything we needed and more.

Wonderful Stay
Our first trip to Colorado Springs was perfection, mostly thanks to our lovely stay at Grandview Mesa. The house was immaculate, comfortable, beautifully decorated and the views of Pikes Peak could not be beat. We were lucky to get to meet our hosts Shari and Chad, who were so nice and welcoming. We hope to visit again someday.

This home kept calling my name as I was doing research and I am so glad I decided to book it! Shari was a fantastic host and I felt comfortable the entire time. The location was very quiet and safe, I even went on runs every morning to take in the beautiful views! Very close to everything you’d want to see visiting Colorado Springs! Grandview lives up to its name
The view of the mountains was fantastic including a great view of Pikes Peak. Rental was very conveniently located to all of the attractions we wanted to see. Accommodations were great once I figured out the Xfinity TV. Would highly recommend this property.

Beautiful Pikes Peak
This property is absolutely perfect. If you have doubts about it looking like the pictures, rest assured it is just as wonderful as the pictures. We never tired of the amazing view of Pikes Peak. The location was an easy access to everything. The host thought of everything we could possibly need. The only slightly negative thing is the steps going into the unit. We just took them slow. If we are in this area again we will definitely try to stay here.

Fabulous stay at Grandview Mesa
This was one of the best VRBO's we've ever stayed at! The home was simply beautiful, updated and had all the amenities one would ever need and well stocked. The bed was super comfy. The views of Pikes Peak and Rocky Mountains was spectacular.My favorite part was sitting on the patio every morning drinking coffee which Shari was nice enough to provide while looking out over the beautiful mountains. The home is close by to all the attractions, Pikes Peak, Garden of the Gods, Seven Falls, Cheyenne Mountains and the Zoo. We also went to the Royal Gorge and saw a concert at Red Rocks highly recommend that! Sherri had a book with alot of recommendations of restaurants, attractions which we appreciated and utilized. I We highly recommend this home to anyone taking a trip to Colorado Springs!!

Lovely Home
The property was clean, well stocked and very easy to find. Also a convenient location. The host communicated very well throughout the upcoming days to my stay as well as during my visit. The only thing I personally did not like was that there were no locks on the interior of the rental. Being attached to the host’s residence I would have preferred to be able to lock the doors from my side. But again, that’s just my personal preference.

wonderful hosts and getaway location
VERY professionally run short term rental. The host thought of many small things that make this location a very nice for the renters, beautiful view of Pikes Peak out the back, deer feeding by the back door, highly recommend. It's a central location for either visiting Colorado Springs or Manitou Springs.

Awesome place close to everything!
The place was completely private and close to all the tourist activities, very, very clean and updated everything. It was very homey and had everything we ever wanted, needed or may have forgot. Shari was great answering any questions about the area. Would highly recommend and will stay here again if we are in the area. Wonderful family memories were made this week. So thankful!

This place is just absolutely perfect! My husband and I stayed for a trip and were thrilled. Clean, Clean, Clean. Very well appointed with all items you would need for a stay, fantastic location and ease of access to house and activities around town. Shari was a fantastic host and I would stay here numerous times in the future. You will not be disappointed. Nice fire pit with chairs and grill outside, private access to entrance and nice parking area out front.

Would highly highly recommend Shari's place. The views of the rockies were absolutely incredible and we loved the outdoor fire pit. The place was extremely well decorated and cozy - it felt very homey with the cute decor throughout and thoughtful amenities. The bed was also very comfortable- i was hands down the best one we've probably ever slept in on a vrbo trip (and better than all the hotel beds we've had on this trip too!) The place was also within a 10 minute drive from downtown Colorado Springs, Old Colorado City and Manitou Springs. Would highly recommend and if we were to return to the area again, we would 100% choose here to stay.
