I have stayed here before and really enjoyed it. This trip had a few issues. First the GOOD. Great location, very nice room, Breakfast buffet staff EXCELLENT. Nice indoor pool, and fireplace area. Now, the BAD. On 2 days in a row the ONLY elevator in building 3, 4 floors, was OUT OF ORDER, for part of day. Which meant walking up 3 flights of stairs. I was on the 3rd floor. I had a hip replacement a year ago and although I get around fine, stairs are an issue. So for 2 days I had problems. When brought to the attention of the Front Desk, response was sorry. NO FORM OF ANY CPMPENSATION. NOT GOOD. The only other issue, good for the hotel, there were several large groups of younger kids over the weekend. Not very well behaved. 30-40-50 kids in the pool at times. At breakfast they just ran wild and made a mess along the way with no concern for others.

The only thing is you can’t vape in the rooms. Which is an inconvenience for customer, cause u have to go outside every time you need to vape. Other than that, they have great staff, customer service, good food.
