🔑 During your stay at Vibrant Watermelon, you will have complete access to the entire guesthouse and all its amenities. This includes the cozy bedrooms, inviting living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, and your private fenced backyard with a hot tub and gas grill. The property is shared with the main house, but you’ll enjoy your own private entrance, dedicated parking spaces, and exclusive use of the backyard and hot tub. We’re here to make your stay as comfortable and enjoyable as possible—don’t hesitate to reach out with any special requests or questions!

📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we'll provide details for completing the agreement. We look forward to hosting you!
🔑 Check-In Process: For a smooth check-in experience, you'll receive a unique code via message along with your check-in instructions on the morning of your arrival. This code will be used for keyless entry, ensuring a hassle-free arrival.
☕ Starter Supply: We've prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay.
🐶 Pets: If you are looking to bring your dog, we allow up to 2 dogs during your stay for a fee. $100 for the first dog and $100 for the second dog (max. 2 dogs unless otherwise approved). This fee is charged after reservation confirmation. Reasonable rules and expectations for your dogs are outlined in our guidebook
