Summary:
This Glorify Christ Church Treehouse Retreat offers more than just lodging; a cozy sanctuary suspended in the arms of nature. A sanctuary where you can truly connect with God, appreciate His creation, and find solace in the beauty of the natural world. Huge deck with mountain views, grill, fire pit, comfortable outdoor furnishings all lend itself to connecting with God and His beauty. Located on the grounds of Glorify Christ Church which hosts worship nights, weddings, and camp retreats!

The Space:
Nestled Among Nature, Where Moments Become Memories
Are you seeking a refuge away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life? Look no further than our
enchanting Treehouse Retreat. With accommodations for up to 6 people, it is the perfect haven to come
together, slow down, and embrace a time of healing or celebration.
Surrounded by majestic pines and the soothing sounds of nature, you'll find the peace and serenity
needed for healing, and the joyful atmosphere perfect for celebrating God's blessings. Discover a place
where prayer feels more profound, and moments of reflection become more meaningful.
Welcome to our TREEFORT Retreat! You might wake up one morning, look out the (massive) picture-
windows, and be eye-to-eye with a scrub jay, a raven, a red-tailed hawk, or even an eagle! The sense of
real here, the sense of nature and original, Colorado beauty is unbeatable. And while the space might be
relatively small, it offers everything you need, nothing you don’t, and a heck-of-a-lot of original appeal!

Park in the private gravel lane next to the treehouse. You’ll walk up the stairs and past the welcoming
deck, and enter through the front-door using the private keycode given to you a check-in. You’ll be
greeted with a warm, welcoming space and also the smell of a pine-forest.

There’s a fully-functional kitchenette ready for your culinary creations; a loft with additional beds — all
surrounded by incredible, authentic natural, Colorado mountain beauty! There’s a little seating area to
your left, wonderful kitchenette just in front, and a massive king bed just beckoning an afternoon nap.

There are two additional single beds and a full size bed in the loft that rings the main living space. Just
ahead, too, you’ll notice the flat-panel TV above a custom fireplace. The kitchen counter is polished
wood. The floor is natural, the décor is natural, and the massive picture windows with their immense
views and copious light give the sense that this home is open to the elements, the sky, the mountain
breeze — the space is fully enclosed and protected though, and heated for those crisp, Colorado nights.
This is a Tree House, so again, it may get chilly in the colder months. Bring extra socks and kick on the
fireplace inside to keep it nice and warm!

With comfortable bedding, quality linens (professionally cleaned and laundered with each stay), this
special little home is maintained and managed professionally and everywhere there’s a sense of the
natural, but also one of quality and care, worthy of your 5 star review! The home’s single bathroom
might be tight, but it’s warm and welcoming all the same, whimsical like the rest, but also practical and
fully functional.

The interior spaces in this little treehouse special, the outdoor spaces here are glorious! Enjoy an
evening under the Colorado sky with your favorite Colorado Craft beer or cocktail in hand, a morning in
the sun with your best cup of coffee, or quality time spent at the grill with your family or friends. There
are chickens roaming about snatching bugs, horses eating grass and everywhere the sounds of real,
living nature inviting you to be a part.

Here, every detail is designed to inspire and uplift. Whether you're seeking a quiet space for prayer, a
peaceful haven for meditation, or a tranquil environment to connect with loved ones and God, this
treehouse is your sacred haven.
Ready to experience God's beauty in a new light? Book your stay at Glorify Christ Church Treehouse
Retreat and embark on a journey of spiritual discovery and natural wonder. Let the whispering Pines and
the open skies remind you of the majesty of the Creator.

Unique but Moths
It was an interesting place but I feel like it was priced to steep for what it was vs some of the other places we stayed while out here. This was the least enjoyable of the three vrbos we rented in the colo springs area. After a long drive we expected to find a cute place to sleep and instead were attacked by no less than 75 moths as soon as we turned on the the lights. We then spent the next hour chasing them out or swatting them with the swatter. When we left we found moths in our bags for the next couple days. When I mentioned this to the hoste people they just said they would call and exterminator but offered nothing but that.

Great location but Poor cleanliness
The location of this property was very good. There is only one sink in the kitchen, so you must brush your teeth and wash dishes in the same sink. Not necessarily an issue, but not ideal. The biggest complaint with the property is the bed above the bathroom is infested with moths. The first night we killed 15 moths. The second night after killing 11 more moths, our family member slept elsewhere. The following morning, we lifted the mattress and multiple moths flew out from underneath. After talking with the property manager, she said that moths migrate here this time of year and no further communication was provided. In addition, there was grit and dead bugs upon entry and the overall cleanliness was below standard.

BEWARE OF THIS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT COMPANY
The property itself was beautiful and the surrounding neighbors so nice but they are using HOSTE as their management company. We booked this at the last minute due to unsanitary conditions at the place we were supposed to stay so I wasn’t terribly upset initially with a few things but I’m livid at this point. I didn’t receive a door code until the second day into our stay but a neighbor saw us and kindly let us in when I showed my reservation. The initial contact from Hoste was a text stating to respect the speed limit however that was all so I didn’t know who it was from or what it was even in reference to because they didn’t identify themselves. I was leery of responding as it seemed like a possible scam but decided to do so when we struggled to find the property. I didn’t receive a response for several hours which asked if I needed help with anything. I responded that I did and expressed a need for a door code. The next morning when I needed to leave the property and still had not received a response I text again and called the provided phone number where I left a voicemail… nothing. The day before checkout I received a text directing me to read checkout instructions at which point I got pretty annoyed. Finally someone started responding so I let them know about the issues with the property but by this time it was 9p and we were leaving by 7 the next morning so I wanted to sleep not be bothered with someone coming to the property. I was told they were sorry that I arrived to a toilet full of poop, the air conditioner kept switching to heat and it was boiling the day we arrived. The property clearly hadn’t been occupied in some time as there were piles of dead bugs and a thick layer of dust on things. There were SO MANY MOTHS I didn’t sleep great the first night in the loft as they kept landing all over me. I was there for a horse training so I’m no stranger to bugs and dirt, I just came back from packing horses and mules into the wilderness, but when I’m paying this much I expect cleanliness and a responsive property manager. I was so frustrated with the experience I requested a partial refund and was told no because the property management was not allowed to come in and fix anything. I would have loved for them to remedy the situation but NO ONE RESPONDED TO ME, and now somehow this is my fault?! If this is what VRBO uses for management I will never book with them again.
