DISGUSTING! We checked-in and right back out. Got a refund and found another hotel. Soiled carpet, smelled like cat urine. Pubic hairs. Evidence of bed bugs. Peeling pant. Dented floor boards.

The reason for the one star review is that an employee took our credit card information and ordered $241 off DoorDash. American Express refunded the money and is investigating. Sad that this happened in an otherwise great hotel that we’ve booked about 2-3 other times.

The room was fairly maintained, and met most of the expectations that comes with a hotel rated around 3-stars. There was minor maintenance issues, but majority of those were cosmetic, and didn't have a direct effect on functionality, only appearence. Pros- Good water pressure in shower and clean sheet. Cons- Left over wash rag from a previous stay hidden in shower curtain, and the front desk tenant on the day checked out was rude, and was acting as customers checking out was an inconveniences. Overall- I would recommend, if not many options are available.

NOT CLEAN
Pulled back covers on bed and found blood stains as well as actual specks of dirt. Pillows had fresh makeup smudges as well as blood and other stains. Bed itself was lumpy and fell to center. Carpet was nasty with cigarette burns in carpet and lots of other stains. Bathroom towels held up to bright light you could see all sorts of stains on them everywhere...on all of them. Plus there was a used washcloth hanging on the shower curtain rod. Will never stay there again.
