The staff was not kind the only one who spoke kindly to me was the housekeeper that said good morning on the way out! The breakfast looked like they cut corners and ran out of everything. All paper plates unlike most Hyatt’s. They had blueberry compote with the yogurt and very limited fresh fruit for breakfast. It was just mediocre

The staff was very polite and helpful and this hotel has a better breakfast than most I've seen recently. The bar and eating area was nice and overall the hotel was clean. My only negatives were that i was told i couldn't add the points from this stay because it was booked through a 3rd party site and my room had a towel left from a previous guest under the bath vanity. I requested at the front desk to have my room cleaned and the towel removed but when i returned that day, room was clean but towel was still there. Also whoever updated the hotel left gaping holes around the plumbing which is open to the room, not in a cabinet under a sink.
