The home also features high-speed internet, multiple SmartTVs, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Enjoy the beautiful South Carolina weather on the outdoor patio and grill area, or explore the many nearby attractions, including downtown Columbia and the University of South Carolina. Whether you're in town for business or pleasure, our home is the perfect place to stay! Family-friendly, and pets are welcome with a fee!
The Space:
Guests will enter through the front door by using a digital keypad. Step inside the living room furnished with two sofa beds and a SmartTV. Continue through the living room to the open-concept kitchen and dining room. Here you will find ample counter space, stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all essential kitchenware items needed to cook during your stay. The large farm table with two benches and two chairs is the perfect spot to gather to enjoy time with family and friends.
This home has a split floorplan; the first bedroom and first bathroom are off the living room. Head upstairs, the first bedroom on your right has two full beds, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, and an ensuite bathroom. Left up the stairs is the third full bathroom, a bedroom with two full beds and a SmartTV, and a bedroom with a full bed and two twin-over-twin bunk beds. The laundry room is also upstairs.
Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

Our home is located in Elmwood Park, a historic residential neighborhood.
Getting Around:
Uber, Lyft, and other Taxi available, but driving is encouraged!
Other Things to Note:
Please note: street parking is not allowed; you risk being towed at your own expense. We have space to park two vehicles in our driveway. Please consider this when booking our home. Thanks!
We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.
If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.
We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.
Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free check in via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
