Property is located super close to everything (Airport ~ 11 mins, Convention Center and Short north ~ 8 mins, COSI, Crew Stadium, Nationwide Blue Jackets, Ohio State..etc). .

BAD EXPERIENCE
The home was dirty! I mean filthy dirty clothes in every room trash and candy and food in rooms in the carpet. Someone used the restroom and did not flush bath was disgusting! The window in one room was broken someone could climb through! The outside was a mess homeless people walking up to the car asking for money and change sleeping in the alley. It was so hard to get in contact with host

Charming and cute
The property was very well maintained visually. The only major issue was a heating issue. But as soon as we contacted the host, he did his best to take care of the issues we had. The host was very quick to respond to us. The stairs are kind of steep, so I would not recommend anyone with small children or anyone with issues of walking up and down narrow and steep stairs. Overall, if I were staying in the area again, I would look into this property again. If you have the ability though, have something to help filter outside noise with you. The neighborhood is quiet, but there was dogs that we would hear from the surrounding homes. I had a box fan for that purpose only. And as a semi new listing, they are still figuring out what should possibly go into the home. But they are quick to help! Also, something to consider, it is a very old home. (Hence the stairs) and it does creak a lot while walking upstairs past bedrooms. And while the neighbors who are attached walked around their own home, you can hear the creaks in the floors.
