STAY AWAY !!
Hotel is nasty . The photos look great but the hotel is not . The pool needs to be shut down. It wasn’t clean , mold and mildew everywhere . We had a family of 4 and they only gave us 3 pillows . Front desk wouldn’t give us any pillows because they said each room can only have a max of 6. So when I went back to my room and counted we only had three . I let front desk know but they said there was a pillow shortage and they had no more to give us . Elevator was broken and we had to use the stairway . It was disgusting . The emergency door was propped open so anyone could come in and out . The rooms smelled awful . They wouldn’t move us . The people beside of us said that they lived there . They were bringing in groceries and they apologized for all the trips of the door opening and closing . I wouldn’t EVER go back to this place . NASTY

Great staff, run down & needs updated.
Staff was wonderful. Bed was old and not comfortable. It made noises on both sides of you moved or turned over. Stained ceiling. Hallway carpet was raised up in front of the door and was a trip hazard. Lobby looked clean and nice. No place to unload luggage due to construction which was a big negative. Definitely needs updated. Shuttle 24/7 was good and one of the main reasons I chose this hotel.

Hotel pictures are deceiving, as the lobby has been updated but nothing else has. The rooms are very dirty and smelly. The toilet clogged on my last day for no reason. While the staff was really nice and the food was great, I will not be back until the rooms have been renovated.

Rooms are extremely dirty and not well kept. I would be surprised if and housekeeping and maintenance is taking place. Bed with popcorn in it, really? Carpets nasty!

Amazing save
Very welcoming. It felt warm and welcoming. They had a bar open until about 10pm with some good food and great drinks!! The staff was awesome! They even have a little snack shop with a variety of foods and drinks(awesome for a 2am walk for a snack) will definitely use again! This was after a terrible encounter with private owner Ramada inn
