The housekeepers Linda and Dee was phenomenal. The customer service there is also impeccable. When I say this is one of the best hotels I have been to in years. I mean just that. This place is home away from home.

I’ve stayed here multiple times & love this hotel! Convenient to Mississippi State University. Can drive to Walmart for cheap food & gas just next door. Hotel staff is always friendly & kind and hotel has nice breakfast with fresh ice water to fill your Stanley! On this trip my husband forgot an expensive item in our room after we checked out. I called the front desk and the woman immediately walked to my room, retrieved the item and held it safely at the front desk until we came back to pick it up. I’m so grateful for her integrity & helpfulness!

The staff here was so nice and very accommodating for any needs we required!! Breakfast was great and easy to acquire. The room was not so nice with some of the curtains ripped and the furniture chipped away. There was also mold growth in the shower which was very uncomfortable. Overall it was a nice hotel just the rooms need more attention with cleaning and renovation.

The look outside and in the lobby area was great. They had beautiful decorations for Christmas. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the bathroom. There was dirt and debris on the vanity and sink area. The tub/shower could have been cleaner as well. We were in town for a graduation, so it was a bit pricey. I expected better for what we paid.

I reserved a double king deluxe suite on Expedia and paid almost $300 for one night. When I got there, I was informed that the executive suite does not exist at that facility. I was unable to get any money back due to renting through a third party. I was provided a room with double queen beds (I swear they were full size instead). They were the hardest beds ever! The room was very hot and the a/c didn’t work (and it was about 40 degrees outside so no reason for it to be so hot). We stayed on the second floor, and the floors were unlevel. The front desk staff was very kind. The manager was not on property, and she would not budge on helping me get better amenities due to booking through a third party. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I will likely not book a room through a third party again, nor will I ever stay at this hotel again.
