The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms - over 3,000 SF for you and your group to be fully comfortable. The kitchen has all new stainless appliances and granite countertops. Large bath tub off the master bedroom is sure to please after a busy day enjoying all Columbus has to offer.

Guests have access to everything the house has to offer - all bedrooms, closets, including a finished basement, with separate smart TV and seating area.

*Please note, there is a ring doorbell installed outside the house only to monitor the front door, along with 2 blink cameras that view only the front yard and driveway area so we can monitor outside the house only and keep the guests privacy !

Nice Stay!
Host was easy to communicate with. Inside of house was clean and well supplied. Appreciated we didn’t have to strip bed linens or start the laundry for them. I’ve been to houses that wanted that at check out. Would recommend this listing to everyone. Thanks Ahmed.

Eh..
I felt like this place was way overpriced for what we were looking for. The house was clean but the outside looked like a jungle. I was charged extra $$ for have my kids along. It’s a house that slept 16, but when let the owner know it would be my husband and I plus my 3 kids he sent a new bill. Had I known that, I would have found something more cost effective. There were 5 of us total and barely enough seating room to really even relax in the evening. I was not overly impressed.

Great place
We booked this house for my daughter’s graduation from Ohio State. It was very easy to get to and from campus as well as close to grocery store and shopping. We had 12 people stay and it was perfect! Plenty of room for everyone and the deck and backyard were great so everyone could spread out. Was concerned about parking 6 cars but that was easy too!

Big house, small furniture
Location, house size, number of beds, & number of rooms were great. Negatives were: 1. All furniture felt cheap & was small, i.e. dorm-like furniture. 2. One bed was a cot with a small mattress. Another bed had a loud & flimsy frame. All beds were very not far off the floor. 3. Garage was completely filled up except for a narrow walk-way. 4. Lack of necessary cooking items, such as no cookie sheets & pots & pans were small.

We stayed at the property to visit Otterbein. The location is convenient. It’s very close to Otterbein and tons of stores and restaurants. Kroger is very close as well as Target. The house was clean an fairly comfortable. My son said his bed was too hard but no one else complained. The host had snacks out and coffee with coffee filters. Paper towels and tp were good quality. There was beer and food in the pantry, I assume left by previous guests. Also tissues, soap shampoo, etc were available. Overall, great stay

Beautiful home, great host!
Eight of us were in Columbus to celebrate fifty years since our monthly card club started. The home was perfect for our weekend stay and the host was wonderful and easily accessible any time we had a question or need. I highly recommend this property!!!

Everything was as advertised, but the single beds were not meant for adults and I had 8 adults. Two of my sons each required their own bed, so one of the twins had to be used, and it was uncomfortable. They should have better mattresses. Or advertise it can only sleep 8 adults in queen beds, only couples. And there should be a warning sign to go into that bedroom as there is a significant drop. I almost fell when I entered. Otherwise, it is a great location and served us well.

Great property and host!
We are so glad that we had this as our home base during our weekend visit to Columbus. The house was a great space and in a perfect location for two families who needed proximity to the fun, but also with peace and quiet. Our toddler had a great time and the basement bedroom is perfect for a little one to sleep! The check in process was seamless and I can’t thank the host enough for being so accommodating and communicative. Thank you again!!

Home away from home!
We were in town for a family reunion and needed a place to stay and recover from all the visiting. The house was perfect for the four of us, lots of bathrooms and everyone had their own bedroom. The kids enjoyed the fireflies outside! A home away from home.

The house was comfortable. As older women we felt the couches and some of the beds were lower than normal. All comfortable, just low and hard to get up from. We could have used some washcloths and hand towels too, but got by. Appliances are in working order. House worked great for our group of 7.

Decent house - Overpriced and Priced by the guest (they watch on cameras)
I am sure this is more common elsewhere but I have never had a rental priced strictly by the guest. House sleeps 14. I booked it with 4 and added 3 more. Was charged an extra $90 for the 3 after they checked cameras on us coming in and out. Not a house that has cameras for the purpose of safety/security, but appears to be specifically for checking on guests. House itself was fine (nothing special and not worth the price after the extra per guest). I understand that it is written in their policies. Just wanted to share in the feedback. Not a fan of being watched and will not rent again. If the watching on cameras does not bother you then this is a perfectly fine house. We were in the house for about 3 hours other than sleeping, so it was not a noise issue for them to check cameras.

We gathered for a family event of visiting the Columbus Zoo. This home was an excellent location in a quiet neighborhood, close to shopping areas for groceries and restaurants. It has great living and gathering areas. Note that there is only one bathroom upstairs for 2 bedrooms. 1.5 baths on main floor, and one in the basement.

Spacious and lots of beds!
I stayed here for a bday party with some friends out of town, it was very spacious inside and almost everyone had their own bed to sleep in. No one really wanted to stay near bedroom that was probably supposed to be an office room, but other than that it was very cute and the owner even left out some goodies like pop tarts and nutrigrain bars for the morning! If you have a large group, this place is great!

Great Location with Easy Access to Polaris and Columus Freeway
The property is in good condition and we chose it as "home base" for our family as were in Columbus for our son's wedding. There are two bedrooms on the main floor and three on the second floor. The kitchen has newer appliances that were all operable and easy to use. We did notice that the bedrooms could use waste baskets, and that we did not find a large trash container in the garage for the kitchen trash. The property backs onto some woods, and we had seven deer right off the back porch twice while we were there. That was awesome. Check-in and out was easy. The neighborhood is nice but the houses are very close together and on-street parking may be difficult depending on the time of day. We had both vehicle in the driveway so this was not a big problem. Overall, very pleased with our stay!

Friends traveling from all over Ohio for a gal-pal bday celebration.
The space was great, and the owner communication was superb!!!! The yard was a bit of a mess, and I would have expected it to be a bit cleaner, (base boards grim filled and banister paint chipped unattractive and a lot different from pictures) for the expensive service charge, cleaning people should do better . But the host was very responsive and the space is nice size. I only had 4 guest but it easily could accommodate what it listed as.
