Netherby Grange Garden apartment has recently been refurbished. It is on the ground floor with a fully enclosed garden ideal for Families with children and pets.
We are located near very close the the Colwyn Bay Mountain Zoo and the fabulous Colwyn Bay, and Rhos-on-sea sandy beaches.
The apartment caters for up to 8 people, 2 pets and has a fully enclosed Garden
Please note there are STEPS leading to the entrance. The apartment itself is all on the same level
The property consists of family room with a double and bunk beds, with an enSuite Bathroom.
A double bedroom with its own shower.

In the beautiful area of upper Colwyn Bay. Close Proximity to Welsh Mountain Zoo and Rydal Penrhos Private School. Great sea views ans close to amenities. A great base to explore the beautiful North Wales and all it has to offer.

There are a number of steps leading down to the apartment which may cause a problem for anyone with mobility problems.
